asking for non-delivery in oe6?

Here we have some users who are still using Outlook Express 6.  One of them is having a problem with the messages it sends.  They leave the Outbox, go to sent items, but the recipients do not receive them.  He had check them their junk folder, and they aren't there.  It can then convey the same message to the person, and they get it.  It goes with the addresses to different tlds.

I wanted to put him up to non-delivery request so I could understand if it was something on the ends of the recipients or if it was something I need to address with our email provider.  Alas, I see only one way to ask in OE6 read receipts, non-delivery.  Am I missing something?  Is there a plugin or something that will allow me to request received delivery?

And, Yes, I know.  Moving to Outlook might solve this problem, but our people OE is fairly entrenched.  I don't see what is happening.

All the tips - that someone might have would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes there are filters to server and it is possible that filters spam of the blocked recipient's server the original messages.  They need log on the server via webmail to check that.  If the message filed in the sent items box, then he leaves the box shipping and probably past the SMTP server (since there was no error in that).  One can set up a log file to check issues under Tools | Options | Maintenance, but make sure you turn that off once again, that the file grows and finally slows things down for analysis.

    3: I have a hard time to ask someone to download an application, not to mention of asking them to pay for one. Nor am I comfortable someone jump through hoops, just so that I can watch through a batch of photos in the hope of finding one or two which are useful.

    So, is there an easy way to do it, or I'm stuck or wait for Apple to understand a feature like this would be useful or leave iCloud for a solution amicably more cross-platform? I do not understand that Apple needs to focus on the development and support of applications and services for its ecosystem and customer, but would it not make sense to make it convenient for outside users to have a great experience too?

    I don't know what problems you encountered but the sharing Web site works fine for me.

    If you use the manufacturer or their recovery disk recovery partition should not be required to have an entry of product key when reinstalling back to factory settings

    After the upgrade from Vista to W7-64 CV, I have a problem with an active WiFi Seagate GoFlex TV Media Player asking for a "Net User ID & Net password" to log.  I used all imaginable combinations of IDs & passwords, but they all lead to logon fails. I'm almost certain that it is a W7 security problem because others with the same players who went to W7 face the same problem.  I found many supposed fixes online, but none works.

    I am aware that MS W7 works as it should and Seagate is not their problem, but if anyone can recommend a change of security to help this issue, I guarantee a pass towards the sky.

    PS: All the sharing, etc. continuously.  are installed as they should be.

    The only reference to Net User ID and password I can find is on page 46/47 of the User Guide. If this is not the user name and password of the Windows account that you want to share files with, I don't know what it is.

    I had this problem since upgrading to iOS iOS 10 9. I have 3 accounts hotmail on the iphone, once I get the password it will work properly for a period of time (usually one day) and then ask for passwords with a message indicating an error has occurred and iOS needs approval from hotmail again.

    If you use the following settings:

    -On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > detection of wrist - on.

    -On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: Watch My > password > enabled.

    -Also on screen settings of password - unlock with iPhone turned on.
