at the opening of LR, a screen appears saying there is a problem check my membership?

Everytime I open LR there is a screen saying there is a problem with the verification of my membership, contact customer support. Of course, it is not possible to contact support, they did that. My account information and billing information are up-to-date and accurate. Makes no sense. Anyone?
