at the opening of LR, a screen appears saying there is a problem check my membership?
Everytime I open LR there is a screen saying there is a problem with the verification of my membership, contact customer support. Of course, it is not possible to contact support, they did that. My account information and billing information are up-to-date and accurate. Makes no sense. Anyone?

I try to use the test creative cloud on a PC windows 8.1 software - I downloaded and removed Photoshop CC 2014 twice - whenever I open the file it says there is a problem and it stops and closes. I can open indesign and maybe other apps but photoshop doesn't. Any ideas?

Firefox opens in view full screen and no Firefox menu bar is visible or all icons appear at the bottom of the screen (not even the "Start" icon. I tried pressing ESC. Nothing happens.
