  I doubt that Toshiba or any laptop computer manufacturer would cover a screen crack under warranty. The standard warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not accidental damage.

  Help! I gave my computer a little in back and never bothered to fix it. The screen is cracked and it won't pass in mode code flashes and I don't really know if it's the fact that the screen is dysfunctional is not let the computer start or if it's something else.   Toshiba excited Pro AT10LE-A-109 is out in Europe... I guess that the compatible parts can be ordered from ASP located in Europe.
  However, you can also try to contact the authorised Toshiba partner in your country and could ask such compatible screen... maybe, they will be able to provide these compatible parts.

  Hi people,

  I'm having a problem with my Tablet AT300 where it that takes the touchscreen touches - many of them - in a place where it is not to be touched. When I turn it on, it starts to go crazy with the vibrations repeated thought to touch screen that is to be touched. I see the behavior that it is picking up in an area of the screen - the left-hand side from the bottom when held in orientation landscape with the camera at the top.   In the beginning of October, I was on the trip to the United States and here, I bought a Toshiba excited AT300 tablet. In less than a month it has stopped working.
  The Tablet suddenly stopped working through the night, as the battery runs out and may not be filled again.
  Everything I've done, the screen is always black.

  Does anyone know what could be the problem or how I test the device to find out what is the problem?

  The problem is that I'm from Central Europe (Slovenia) and I can't get help from Toshiba Europe to use the warranty of the device. I can't even help in some European countries to secure the unit on my cost. Y at - it an idea of what I can do to fix this?

  Well, it s always difficult if you buy a unit in another country and the gift to take t some packages for additional security to cover the device abroad you made the purchase
  From my point of view, you should ask the service partner in your country to fix if it is not possible even if you should pay for the fix, well you need to contact a service to the United States.

  Hi all

  May I ask your help with a battery / load the related question

  I used my AT300 a few weeks back and I forgot to turn if off battery voltage flat then, so the next day, plugged the charger, but the loading icon does not appear on the screen.

  Sort left connected to work, but after 8 hours always toll-free, I'll start when plugged into the charger but dies as soon as it s disconnected.

  I thought that I may have killed the battery I found some people saying that if they are allowed to carry out completely so that they will not return to the top.

  So has his hand on another battery but same thing, the guy then a charged battery for me and I got him and started toward the top of a stack, but there is a red exclamation mark on the battery icon and the unit will still not take a charge

  If I plug the charger in the icon changes to show that there main power, if I look at the setting and go to the battery it says 0% unknown battery

  Hmm kinda sounds like some hardware issue about...
  To be honest, this is the first time that someone has reported these problems here in the forum.

  But have you ever tried to reset the default Tablet?
  Press and hold the power button / stop and the volume up button.
  Now the recovery menu appears providing different option. One of the option should allow you to reset the tablet.
  To navigate between options, use the volume up/down button.

  I hope that affecting the default tablet would help you to fix it otherwise, it seems to be hardware related issue.

  I recently bought a refurbished AT300 tablet. I wanted that it mainly for I can transfer movies/series out there and watch without having WiFi.

  Can I transfer music files without problem (and they are), but when I try to transfer a movie file, an error screen appears on my phone and said that the device does not accept this type of file. I tried .avi and .mp4, and I don't see why he would not accept what they are so common...?

  My AT300-101 also received a recent update and everything went as expected (don't know even know what is the update for).
  If you are facing a problem of boot loop, I think that only a factory reset will solve your problem. You can enter the recovery from the tablet with button / stop & vol. + do the reset factory and, of course, you will lose all your data.

• AT300-100 - speakers and sound problem

  Hello.

  I bought a Tablet AT300-100 and have problems with the speakers and the sound. I noticed other people online with similar problems.

  Here are the problems:

  -The speakers stop working, and the Tablet needs to be restarted for that stakeholders to work again.
  -The noise increases abruptly volume for a few seconds, then returns to the normal volume.
