Attach multiple files to email through donkey

Hello. I'm trying to improve My donkey and add several attachments to the e-mail message.

This is my last try: gist: 1fcc08159e4cb724bbf2

Problem in the present code:

if(filesPaths!=""){
   String[] filesPathsArray = filesPaths.split(",");
   ArrayList<Uri> uris = new ArrayList<Uri>();
   for (String filePath:filesPathsArray) {
      Uri uri = Uri.parse("file://" + filePath);
      uris.add(uri);
   }
   emailIntent.putParcelableArrayListExtra(Intent.EXTRA_STREAM, uris);
}

I get the message 'could not attach files.

But I know that my table is correct. When I try to add a single file, it works fine:

emailIntent.putExtra(Intent.EXTRA_STREAM, Uri.parse("file://"+ filesPathsArray [0]));

What I am doing wrong? How to fix join them several files?

Ok. I realized how to solve the problem.

Necessary to use Intent.ACTION_SEND_MULTIPLE instead of Intent.ACTION_SEND.

  • Is it possible to attach multiple files to a contact in the address book?

    I stopped using WinPIM for our small business when I paid for the sync option and it has stopped working. Because the devs don't understand much English, I could never solve this problem. I discovered on Thunderbird and go to calendar/address book/email program.

    The only thing missing to make it a PIM for business, it's that you should be able to attach multiple files to a contact. Currently, I am using the photo upload to join estimate/job a customer. But if the customer calls for additional work or in the case of entrepreneurs, we must be able to set each worksheet in contact with the contractor.

    A way to do this?

    UPDATE: I think I found a way to do it. I can reach the estimate for the event file created for the appointment. However, I have a problem because the Windows Photo Viewer is not an .exe file and Thunderbird allows you to choose an application program to associate to open the attachment. I tried to find Windows Media Center, but it does not under Program Files or Program Files x 86, even though I know that it is installed on my Windows 7 laptop, as it appears as an option for default programs for images.

    I'd appreciate any help I can find a way to open these without having to use Adobe Photoshop (my only other option).

    Picassa is a program to look at a picture. So yes, I have ideas, the install if you have something to select.

  • Attach picture files to email

    How can I upload more than one photo to an e-mail message without having to load pictures 1 at a time?  I don't get the drop-down menu when I click on join used to give me the option to attach photo or file.  New to Windows 7, used to have Windows XP.

    Which e-mail application do you currently use and what you used on XP?

    If Windows Live Mail, when you click on "Join", you should get and the Explorer window to search for the photos you want to join. You can hold the CTRL key to select multiple photos. If you do not Live Mail open, you can still select multiple photos in a folder, right click and choose send to, the message recipient. Then you will be asked about the change in the size and opens a new message with the attached pictures.

    Hi Steve,.

    Currently, the Acrobat Reader for iOS does not support sharing several PDF documents by e-mail.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

    However, it is one of the features most often requested for Acrobat Reader for iOS.  We are the research supported in a later version.

  • Why I can't attach a file when sending an email [in firefox]

    When I send an email in fire fox I can't attach a file. When I click on the button, nothing happens. I am able to attach files when I use one browser other than fire fox.

    Can you tell me why this happens only in fire fox.

    Concerning

    I heard you the first time.

    Firefox send an e-mail, it's strictly a web browser.

    If you use Firefox to access your e-mail, you use "webmail". We might have an answer for you, if we knew which web mail services provider this problem is with. Or, you can seek assistance from your service provider or a forum for this service.

  • Try to attach photos to an email on Hotmail, but when I open the file, they were put in alphabetical order, and not chronological order I want. Can I change this?

    Hello.   I'm trying to attach photos to an email on Hotmail.  When I open the folder where I want to download the pictures, they are all placed alphabetically.  I want to arrange them in the order, they were taken, which I can do by going in "My pictures", but when I pull the file upwards again in Hotmail, they are given in alphabetical order.  Any ideas?

    Hello Oilfan,

    Thank you for your message.  Since there are two ways to attach photos in Hotmail, I assume you are using the 'Attach' > 'File' version instead of "attach" > version "Photo".  To sort the folder to your liking, you can click right in the pane where you see your files > Highlight ' rearrange icons by "> select" Photos taken we.
    Please let us know if this or help to solve your problem.

  • problem of attach files to emails

    Just bought a new pc and I use windows 8 and have a yahoo email address, but I can't attach any file to my e-mail. When I add the attachment, it comes, goes round but don't cling. Any ideas?

    Hi Dave,.

    Thanks for the reply.

    As you have problems with downloading files to Yahoo mail, there could be two possibilities for the question. Either there is something wrong with the network connection or something wrong with the Yahoo Server. If you and your wife use the same network connection, then there is nothing wrong with the network connection. You can wait for a while and check.

    However, you can try to delete the cache and temporary files by following these steps and check.

    a. start Internet Explorer 10 Version of office.

    b. on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. If you don't see the Tools menu, press Alt to display the menu.

    c. click on the general tab.

    d. under browsing history, click delete.

    e. in the dialog delete browsing history , click to select the check boxes and then click delete:

    Temporary Internet files

    Cookies

    History

    f. click closeand then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

    It is not broken, just confused. The recipient must save the file and open it in Adobe Reader. Your e-mail application is not using Adobe Reader.

  • How can I attach a picture file to an e-mail. Whenever I click, the action opens just the file instead of attaching it to the email.

    I try to attach a file of pictures to send to friends by e-mail.  Can someone help me please?

    First of all, make sure that the entire file does not exceed the limit set by your mail server. Check first with them over the limit.

    Suugestion only:
    Could a right click on the file > Send to > compressed (zipped) folder.
    Now, attach the file zipped e-mail.
    P.S. I think that you should always check with the size of the zipped folder.

  • multiple attachments in email

    Hello programmers.

    I did example of successfully from a single file attachment in an e-mail. But however I am unable to send a multiple file as an attachment to the e-mail. I don't know what is the problem that I do? Season me please where I'm wrong. It will be good if any example was provided. I'm passing selection list of the listview that contains the index of the selected item. I extracted the data based on the path of the index of list and created the structure according to the http://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/documentation/device_platform/invocation/email.htmldocs. No error is generated and items appear not attached.

    Thank you

    void demo::emailMultiple(QVariantList list) {

        QString emailList = "";
        for (int i = 0; i < list.size(); i++) {
            QVariantMap map = m_model->data(list.at(i).toList()).toMap();
            QFileInfo in(map.value("urlPath", "").toString());

            qDebug() << "data is.." << in.filePath();

            if (emailList == "") {
                emailList =emailList+ "[{\"uri\": \"file://" + in.filePath() + "}";
            } else {

    void demo::emailMultiple(QVariantList list,QString symbol)
    {

        QString emailList = "";
        for (int i = 0; i < list.size(); i++) {
            QVariantMap map = m_model->data(list.at(i).toList()).toMap();
            QFileInfo in(map.value("urlPath", "").toString());

            qDebug() << "data is.." << in.filePath();

            if (emailList == "") {
                emailList =emailList+ "[{\"uri\": \"file://" + in.filePath() + "\"}";
            } else {
                emailList =emailList+ ",{\"uri\": \"file://" + in.filePath() + "\"}";
            }
