  But if I delete a photo from my PC folder, it does not synchronize back and vice versa, deleting photos on the server does nothing on the PC, but it does for the phone and the skate.

  I can confirm the same thing here.  If I delete something on the cloud it will remove my phone but not the ICloud folder my Windows PC 10. I don't see no setting to change this behavior.  -bob

If the email used in the new account form is not rigged, my mac POP iCloud is automatically a POP account with pop.server.domain grayed out and strictly non-editable.   Someone please help me with this. Its been going on for months and I am at my wits end. I can't use my calendar on my Mac at all without a constant pop up every few seconds telling me that my calendar iCloud server responded with an error 404. I've updated to El Capitan, when it came out but only had this problem from about 3 months ago. How can I fix it?
