  How do you add a new value in the form. You're creating a new line of your page (user interface) and by engaging with validation operation? Unless you commit you will not be able to see anything in the table.

  You can delete and recreate the attribute:

• Attributes with the same name - ADF BC Validation Messages

  Hi all
  
  I have two entities and associated views. Each of them have attributes with the same name. In my particular case, they are two dates - StartDate and EndDate. EndDate on both entities have validations (Expression of Script). The validations to check that the end Date is later than the Date of departure - "return newValue > StartDate. Is this a valid validation groovy script for dates?
  
  I have a unique creation page that contains these two entities. What is happening now, is that if the validation fails even one of the entities, fields of both entities are reported. In some cases, I can even see two validation error messages is displayed.
  
  Needless to say, rename the attribute on one of the entity (and the corresponding view object) seems to work.

  Hello. I have mod Grand Theft Auto IV for pc. Long story short, I have the re - install. There is this called LCPDFR mod that allows you to become a police officer in the game. I need to download this. In order to successfully download this (when I try to download / save, he said "the Publisher of this program could not be verified". it gives me no option to run or something and that's it, apparently because of the problem I put in the title and Description), the root folder "Grand Theft Auto IV" (which is in my "Program Files (x 86)" folder) is not to be 'Read Only' (the 'Read only' checkbox must be deselected in 'Properties'). Do not forget that, under the tab 'security' in 'Properties', for the folder root of "Grand Theft Auto IV", I have administrators / me 'total control '. So, as I said, I uncheck the 'Read only', click on 'Apply', then 'Ok '. I go back in 'Properties' and 'Read Only' is checked as if I had never disabled it in the first place (when I already just did).

  So, in summary, the problem I have is that every time I uncheck "Read only", click on apply, then click ok, and go to properties again, it is always checked when I was already unchecked, applied and then approved it. This continues to be over and over and over again. Please help me?

  Hello. For some reason I'm not able properly to uncheck the 'Read only' attribute of a folder in my "Program Files (x 86)". Whenever I click to uncheck the 'Read only' in 'Properties' (tried several times) and click 'Apply', then 'Ok' and I go back to check it out, it is checked as if I've never disabled it. • Attribute with forumula to accept only 20 characters

  Good evening, Oracle,

  Currently I have an attribute called "Activity_Name".  I have a team that has an ETL process that accepts only the attribute of max 20 characters in length.

  So I have another attribute called "Activity_Name20".

  So basically, if an article in "Activity_Name" under the characters 'Activity_Name20' will assume this value.

  If there is a value in "Activity_Name" it is more than 20 characters, "Activity_Name20" will assume the first 20 characters.

  However, the formula I have with it is not working and in fact, preventing me from trying to break into the hierarchy.

  Someone at - it something similar to a client only? Could use some pointers.

  Hello everyone. I'm back with an API error message that I can't decipher. At first I thought that I was maybe getting the wrong version of the API, but I checked vimServiceVersions.xml and it's OK (namespace urn: vim25 a version 5.5)

  I feel like I have tried everything under the Sun and I don't know what the devil is wrong. RetrieveProperties method works VirtualMachine but not DistributedVirtualPortgroup type.

  Another hypothesis is that I am just using the connection instead of LoginByTokenmethod, but I don't know who has nothing to do with it.

  I have a Dimension of the employee who has Joining_Date as a Dimension attribute. I loaded the data in the format "yyyy-mm-dd".
  I have a scenario to calculate not joins in a month. For this I created a member like joinies and I tried to get the Date in the beam using @ATTRIBUTEVAL (Joining_Date) to perform the calculation on it. But when I see the essbase/planning addin data get different value.
  
  Ex: For an employee ' 05/10/2006' is the attribute value, but he excel make me '1147219200 '.

  It is not a different value. That's how Essbase stores date. This is the number of milliseconds after January 1, 1970

  I need to load the product dimension that is organized in a parent-child relational table like this:
  (parent_code, member_code, member_alias, mark, consolidation, formula)
  
  Each product has a mark and I need to load brand as a dimension of the attribute. The thing is the brand isn't flat, but it has its own hierarchy. For the brand, I have another relational table, where the data are organized parent-child like this:
  (brand_parent, brand_child, brand_alias).
  
  I do this load with Essbase Studio but I know is not how to create the Product hierarchy in the cube schema in order to load the parent-child hierarchical attributes. Documentation and tutorials only show examples of dishes attributes. I thought of these two ways, but do not know if will work:

• Children attributes with XPath

  Represent trees (parser), we use XML documents. Each node in the tree, aptly named Word, represents a category (@cat) with the attribute and has its beginning and end of race (@begin/@end). In our application, we are limited to XPath, because this is the query for the user interface.
  
  Now suppose we would like to find a node with two children, of which the following is true:
  
  -The two nodes are class 'np '.
  -The final position of a node is the start position of the other node.
  
  In our huge collection of trees, these cases occur often enough.
  
  To find these nodes, we use the following query:
  
  node[node[@cat="NP"]/@end = node[@cat="np"]/@begin]
  
  Now, if I enter this request in the xquery command:
  
  query "collection ("cdb.dact") //node [node [@cat = 'np'] /@end = node[@cat="np"]/@begin].
  
  I get no results. Most of the other applications work as expected. Using the XPath from libxml2 functionality returns the correct nodes for this query.

  in what namespace are your nodes or documents? The query you provided would work only if your 'node' elements have no namespace associated with them.

  Maybe, the following query will work?

  I use xmlParse() to read an XML file into a structure and then deal with the structure (replace some of the XML attributes) and then write structure back as an XML file. The problem is that I lost the original order of the XML attributes when I convert a structure and instead end up with a new attribute for each element that is alphabetical order.

  Is it possible to work with XML in CF but keep ordering attribute (LinkedHashMap instead of a structure, perhaps)?

  If you need to control the order of the attributes, you must write your xml code on hand, according to the XML specification, ordering attribute must not be important, so strictly speaking your condition here requires something XML which is contrary to his intention.  And, therefore, has no way of making CF respect something that inherently isn't supposed to be respected.

  NB: "I use xmlParse() to read an XML file in a structure"... xmlParse() creates an XML object, not a struct, so what you ask in your last paragraph doesn't really sense.  xmlParse() will only create an XML object. If you want to read the XML data as something else than XML, you need to write your own function.

  The best solution here, if poss, is to remove the importance of the order attribute in your application, because it is "wrong" to deduct any order, and you do a little logic a rod for your own back based on this ranking.

  Not an answer 'just do it like this', I'm sorry, but that's what you get when the question is immersed in a Pandora's box... ;-)

  When business launcing planning regulations (9.3) and the console Admin Services, I have no problem, except my business rules that have @XREFs in them. I get the following error all the business rules that have @XREFs in them:

  I've never had this problem before, the rules of trade has successfully worked with about 8 months ago (our last budget cycle). I know that this error is usually something to do with a wrong ID or password, so it is really confusing to me why I get it. I run these rules using an admin ID, and I've never had problems before.
  
  Any ideas? Whatever it is will be useful.

  Here's something to check:

  Open EAS and do a right click on the database on the database "target". (those where the formula exists with the XREF)

  SELECT , .

  Choose your alias to the location and let the user identifier. Set a password here and press the button 'Test '.

  If it works, save the alias to the location and try again your business rules. It sounds like the password the user ID referenced in your alias to the location may have changed.
