  You might want to look in folder redirection. Also a connection to the drive mapping script (kixtart.org is good and powerful enough). The important thing is to put the fear of the deity in the users and get to save in a directory base or similar. You can also set security on folders so that they only and the admins can see or access and backup from a central location.

  I do here and you don't have to worry on their local computers or the folder redirection. It takes losing data/files once to catch them.

  First try a system restore to when things worked. If this fixes things, very well.   General recommendations for creating users in Vista:

  You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. As XP and all the other modern operating systems, Vista is a multi-user system with integrated system of accounts as default Administrator and comments. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.

  In particular, you do not want one account user with administrative privileges on Vista because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default.   I'm having a devil of a time to get a new 4.1 SE ACS configured in a new network. I have a 3560 now that I first try but I can't authenicated. I have the user/group account set up, the group is correspondence in my AAA statements although I saw some errors on the Group has not been configured. I even created two different groups and tried different names, but again, no luck. I'm just using the internal PB, nothing special. I read the administration guide, but it has not helped. When I turn on debugging, I don't see a lot of activity, only on the group to be wrong, but I don't understand how that's possible. I'm short on time, I would really appreciate the help.
