Audio not working Dell XPS 720 H2C with Windows 7
Buy a Dell XPS 720 H2C with XP in 2008. Last week made a new installation to upgrade to Windows 7 (made by Micro Center). Have tried to get help through Dell... a lost... cause the last time I buy Dell. The audio card is a card OEM, "Driver Creative Labs Sound Blaster X - Fi XtremeMusic (D). Everything else seems to work very well. Diagnosis of device driver shows that everything is OK.
Any ideas where to go from here?
Answer was not helpful, but I appreciate the effort. Found the second site was a bit Advanced for me but looked interesting enough to sue later. Finally chased the problem to map its; called Dell and ordered a replacement. Let's see if that fixes the problem.

Hello, I previously used Family Safety (FS) on my daughters netbook and it worked very well. I took my cell phone account that she does not have an account on. Hi, I had family security to work by removing the local account that I wanted to monitor and adjust it upward with a hotmail instead of just local account. Family safety has started working immediately and exactly as expected. I always think that theres a problem when people are trying to implement local accounts. When I load Adobe Flash Player 10.3 he says he has successfully installed, but if you go in Panel, programs and features, it shows Adobe Flash Player 10 Active x, the date of installation, but the size of the file is empty. Method 1:
Open audio store and check if the problem occurs, do in the link below:

Method 2:
Check if the default audio device is properly defined. Follow these steps:
a. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and soundand then click sound.
b. click the read tab make sure that the correct default audio device is selected. (For most users, the default audio device is pregnant.)
c. If your default device is not set to the right audio device, on the read tab, select the appropriate device, click Properties, click the Advanced tab and make sure that the default Format is set to the value you expect. When you are finished, click OK.
d. on the read tab, select the playback device, click set upand make sure that the configurations are set correctly.
If the sound settings are set correctly and that your speakers are already set as default device, go to "Check if an audio driver is installed" now.
e. Select the audio device you want as audio device by default, and then click set as default.
f. click OK to save your settings.

I have a Dell XPS 10 tablet with keyboard docking station. I can't find an "Insert" button anywhere on it. I use a remote connection which has a login screen that requires a combination of keys Ctrl-Alt-Insert to initiate. Searched high & low online and off. Can't find a way to generate the Insert key race in this environment on this tablet. Someone at - it the answer?

Are you preview site in the edge browser? When you preview the page in the browser Muse create a local server to give you the preview in the browser. With the edge browser, there was a reported issue to access the local server.

Error loading \3\DLBUtime.dll
I have a Dell computer that came with Windows XP Home edition. When I start my computer the monitoring of ERROR appears: RUNDLL error loading specified not found \3\DLBUtime.dll module

If this isn't the case, you should have started your own thread. If so (and even if not), you should have responded to questions about Dell printers.
Assuming that you complain of a "Error loading \3\DLBUtime.dll" message that appears when you start your computer, you should know that the DLBUtime.dll file probably has something to do with the software from Dell which has been partially deleted, but could also be indicative of malware as well as partially withdrawn.
In both cases, the best way for start you to prevent the message at windows is to download Autoruns http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
Install the Autoruns and let it complete the scan of your computer. Then click on the "Connection" tab and uncheck the following entry:
Look for an entry that has 'DLBUCATS' in the first column. If you do not see that, look for "rundll32 \3\dlbutime.dll" in the last column ("path of the Image).
Uncheck that entry, close Autoruns and restart your computer. You should get is no longer the message.
If for any reason, you find later that you need dlbutime.dll running, run Autoruns and check the box. If you decide that you need never again, run Autoruns, right-click on the entry and select Delete.
As General precautionary measure, in case your entry dlbutime.dll was related to malicious software, rather than the Dell printing software, download the following free scanners:
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware: http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware Portable: http://superantispyware.com/portablescanner.htmlFor MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, download, install, update and run.

Dell Inspiron 700 m with Windows XP is slow
I searched the Internet and discovered that you can reinstall using winnt32.exe. I tried and installed on another partition on my drive hard (I dunno really what I do.) The newly installed XP on a different partition has one problem: he can't connect to internet because I think it doesn't have the drivers and I do not have the CD for the drivers. So in my computer, it has 2 hard drives: disk Local (c) and (d), (c) one is the original. So I want to start Windows XP by using the C: drive, but it starts by using the D: drive.
