AUSST 3.0-4.0 update
Can anyone let me know the procedure to update AUSST 3 to 4?
I have moved the new 4.0 .exe to the existing AUSST folder (do not know if this is the correct way to do it) and run differential normal but get an error code 2
the following lines have been reported
From a HD stream
Going to create the structure of HD download
Could not create file /CreativeCloudUpdates\ACC\services\ffc\products and /CreativeCloudUpdates\ACC\products
Failed to create the directory structure
Cannot complete the migration.
Internal error occurred.
Failure during the preparation of the work
The permissions on the folder to the updates have not been changed.
Any suggestions?

FYI, I've finally found my answer here https://forums.adobe.com/message/8674341#8674341
Do not take account of the 'right answer' and get off at the answer of KathmanduSD down.
Therefore, replace the file AUSST 3.0 to with version 4.0 (in my case) C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities\AUSST then run - progressive order and remember to explicitly register the location of the root of the folder that will store the files as shown in the link above.

Mac - RUM 1.9.6.17 + AUSST 4.0.0.42 - updated 6/2016
Hello
I'm looking for a way to allow our users to Adobe CC 2015.2 non-admin Mac upgrade to new versions 6/2016 of applications like 2015.3 Illustrator and Photoshop CC 2015.5 CC without using the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application.
We have always made updates to Adobe for these non-admin users by peeling AUSST + RUM with of JAMF's Casper Suite to offer updates via a self-service application. However, even after upgrading to the latest versions of RUM and AUSST, synchronize fresh AUSST and generating new .override to files for the clients, I still can't seem to get these new applications that will be offered.
It seems that CC users outside of our Organization are the upgrade via the creative Cloud desktop application, however we have disabled the Panel applications for deployment within the packer creative cloud, by the recommendation of Adobe for organizations where users are not administrators...
Someone at - it recommendations for our situation allow our end-users to level themselves without administrator privileges?
These complete binary required updates and so were not offered through RUM/AUSST.
You can use the creative Cloud Packager tool to build a package with these applications and that out for your end users.

Manually update the creative cloud
I manage many computers and users have no administrative rights. I installed creative cloud on them and people with disabilities updates. Where can I find Adobe updates so I can patch manually creative Cloud applications? Thank you.

RUM could not download updates for CC AUSST 2015.5
I recently deployed cc 2015.5. We have some updates once my deployment was built. I ran the RUM on a few machines and always, it fails to download the same updates. I have a local AUSST, I rebuilt the server with the option - fresh options and it didn't help. Here's the log of RUM. Y at - there something I'm missing.

1. is the Update Manager Remote also uses the AdobeUpdater.Overrides? If this is not the case, how can I use our internal Web AUSST server for updates remotely?
2. which option in creative cloud Packager creates the \ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\ folder?

Rep. : Creative cloud Packer does not create this folder. It is created while deploying update payloads.

Rep. : Override.xml is generated manually using the Adobe update server installation tool. Where you install the package without setting up a server under package configuration update, it generates AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat.

Rep. : Package configuration is not modified once created once created.

I set up a server to update internal using AUSST, tested the server according to the information obtained by Adobe and everything works fine. I downloaded all updates for 2014 CC on the server (Macbook Pro under OS X 10.9.4).) However when I use Apple Remote Desktop (3.7.2) or terminal on the workstation Mac (Mac Pro installed OSX 10.9.4) itself for launch updates, the Remote Update Manager command returns an error code (1). I have 53 Mac workstations and make me the same error code for each of them. I double checked the settings when I created the installation package. What else can I check to fix this?

I'll walk through the general setup

- Then according to the advice of people I have credited above, suppliment what the above deployment guide said and add SSI for all types of file you put into managers of IsapiModule (zip, xml, crl, dmg and GIS). I added the via the UI Manager to IIS, rather than manually typing in the web.config file. See screenshot of the final outcome of all additional mappings and an example entry below:

Upgrade the server to update from Adobe?
I inherited our Adobe update server. (Tip: I don't know what I'm talking about.) Due to some problems, Support Adobe advised me to upgrade our server V3 to V4. Looking for Adobe's Support site, I can't find anything about upgrading a server, but finding documentation on creating a server to version 4. Isn't it just virtual? What do I need to create a new server to the version you want? It looks a bit like throwing the baby out with the bath water, but I can't use the correct search string. We have set up a local AUSST server and run a fresh cache from the Adobe server. When you try to update a client, RUM sees 6 packets that need to be updated. However, when attempts to download the local RUM he files errors our saying files cannot be downloaded. I don't know what causes this problem.
When you try to download an update one 125 fatal error is thrown and library returned 129 could not undo the operation being performed.
I double checked the IIS (Windows 2012 R2) configuration and everything seems to be configured correctly according to the instructions of AUSST.
Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

I am installing AUSST on Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5, although I can't get the thing to work!
I followed the instructions to use the Adobe update (AUSST) server configuration tool if I do something wrong.
All updates have been downloaded to the directory "c:\AdobeCloudUpdate" (a little more than 80 GB). I created a new web site in IIS to point to this directory as root and set the permissions to the local group 'IIS_USERS' read, list, etc.
I followed the instructions to add the types of files for maps to the level of the server, changed the classic and set AppPool to update the 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\config\web.config' file with the veriables add path to 5 file types.
When you try to access the "updaterfeed.xml" of a client computer using the full URL of the "http://co-au-01.contoso.msft/webfeed/oobe/aam20/win/updaterfeed.xml", I get a XML page cannot be displayed error.
I created a file of substitution of "AdobeUpdater.xml" and added this to a new package is created in Packager CC and deployed just Photoshop and Office CC application. When I load the soft CC I get a download error when you try to view the applications.
I tried to change other web.config files not found on the Server IIS ("C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\config") and also the v2 of .net and .net v4 in the 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64', but no joy.
I hope it's a very simple solution and just miss a step but little help would be highly appreciated.

TomSomething I've discovered here is that you need to add a wildcard on the VAC/services/FAC file MIME type (more precisely the validation file), because the files of validation is not an extension so he threw back a 404 error.

Error when installing update 11.0.16
I get an error when I try to install the update for Acrobat Pro 11.0.16. Initially, I tried to upgrade to 11.0.14, and the update would fail. So I've updated to 11.0.15 (which worked). However even on 11.0.15, when trying to install 11.0.16 in addition to this the installation retrieves almost completely finished and then generates the following error message:

1. No, currently AUSST synchronizes updates for all platforms.
2. some CS5 applications are AAM10 and a mix of subsequent applications are in AAM20. However I do not recommend trying to change the structure.
3. the current size of this file is around 90 GB, it's all the updates for all versions and platforms. I know we hope to make it more customizable for future versions.

If I create the update folder before running the command then it recognizes the file is there and asks if it is OK to remove. The folder, then disappears, but the command cannot create the new folder. I tried to run the normal administrator and with my admin account command prompt but I get the same message.

I followed this guide while setting up. The only thing it says about my question is to make sure that the folder has write permissions. I have everyone given write permissions and received the same error message.
I ended up setting up on an old Apple XServe and it worked immediately. I can't that assume he didn't like is done on Windows 10.
