Automatic redirection to the mobile version in Chrome (Adobe Muse CC 2015)

Given that I have updated to the latest version of Muse CC 2015, I have the problem in Chrome, the mobile version is displayed instead of the desktop version.

It works fine in all other browsers like Safari. I have cleared my cache and I tried opening the Web site on another computer, but I have the same problem.

Andreas

Please provide the URL of the page/site that does not behave as expected.

In this case Mylenium is incorrect. Assuming that you are currently using Muse, redirect it universal seems only to dimensions of the screen and the screen is multi-touch decide between the computer desktop, tablet or phone. There is no known issue with the release of Muse in this area.

In addition, the browser's cache is not relevant for this behavior. That could impact the behavior is specifically clear cookies – a cookie is used to allow a user to force another provision designed for the device to be displayed (i.e. "go to full Site", "Go to the Mobile Site", "Go to the Site of Tablet" behaviour).

  • Redirection to the mobile version script

Dear members of the Adobe community,

I chose to create my website, including liquid page layouts, separately rather than use the fluid grid layout existing.

This means that I must add a script on my site that recognizes what unit a visitor uses and so redirecting them to the mobile version, when they visit from a mobile device.

What would be the best way to do this?

If your server supports PHP scripts, the user agent detection is possible, but some user agents pretending to be others if she is not infallible.  In addition, the list of user-agents must be updated regularly to stay up to date with the new models that come on the market.

IMO, it's a lot easier to maintain a web site (sensitive) that works in all devices.

  • Site is not redirected to the mobile version when you access through phone

I made a mobile version of my site www.derboden.com and uploaded on the ftp to my host. When I go there it always shows the desktop version not the mobile version. Help, please.

The folder structure exported by Muse must be maintained. In general, this means using an FTP client or the built-in file? Upload to FTP host... Muse feature to copy all of the files and folders on your server.

    Hello Palm,

The Mobile version or Tablet does not automatically add content. It just creates the layout. You must add objects manually.

  • The mobile version of portfolio Adobe editing

Hi, I use adobe portfolio for my personal website has shown here: kefe.co.uk

There is a problem on my theme, I don't know if I can solve.

In the edition of office, I prefer is not to be displayed as thumbnails, project names because it is more beautiful. However, when I go to the mobile version, it looks like a Web site that is under development and not visually acceptable.

My main question is, how can I change my website seperetly versions?

    New Portfolio user here.

I don't think that there is a way to personalize the mobile, tablets & Office presentation beyond what the model is able to support.   Have you tried to use a different model?

  • HTML Code in header automatically on the Mobile Version?

Hello! I put in work of a HTML Code for analytics and Facebook Pixel - is it enough to add just on the main part of the desktop version? As I have a mobile site and I wanted to know if it works automatically for the mobile version, or if it is necessary to implement the code separately, in the header of the mobile site. Thanks a lot for your help. Best Clemens

Muse will be only stuff auto-sync for all versions which is actually defined as in section page and master of the site header information. All other added after the fact as the specific page widgets that can add their own header code will not update automatically.

Can you elaborate more on what you mean here? Is there some error that you are experiencing, or perhaps an area of text/image does not show the overlay edit when you think it should? I made a clone of the http://www.verbe.com.br/ site on my test server and managed to put at the disposal of phone and see the editable regions.

  • browser will not find version compressed; continues to go to the mobile version!

Can anyone help. I have a site hosted on BC and the desktop version is HTML/CSS created in Dreamweaver. I created a Mobile (phone) and a version of the tablet in Muse. I have download on BC and they worked very well. Then the version Tablet began to go to the Mobile version after a problem with a form on each. How can I get them both to direct to their appropriate sites? Mobile version seems to work very well. Another thing, on the platform of the BC there is an option to lead the audience in a mobile folder and a compressed folder (where Muse sites are download), but it keeps being turned off.

Please provide details as to when exactly the compressed version redirects to mobile, after sending the form? in this case, please see the page that is located in the redirect after submission in form options.

For the folder to the main site option, you do not have to worry because it is only necessary if you create a different version of end of BC and wants to redirect to specific folders. For Muse, created sites you don't have to check that.

    Thank you

  • I keep redirected to the American version of a site rather than the site of origin.

Recently I hooked to reading the articles of a UK site, but recently, when I click on the links in the article I'm automatically redirected to the American site and its contents to the place! I live in the United States but hate the American site articles and many prefer the British. Initially, my only solution was to stop the article during the loading in order to stay on the link of the desired article, but also the end that fails and I'm automatically redirected to the American pages instead (ugh...).

I am currently using 25.0 Firefox on Windows 7 Home Premium and checked the box 'Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page' under Tools > Options > advanced > General > section accessibility but was always redirected. I also installed the add-on Refresh Blocker v0.8 but was always redirected. The site is http://www.denofgeek.com but when I select an article on their homepage or the categories I get redirected to the "equivalent" http://www.denofgeek.us As a precaution, I have performed an analysis of malware but come clean and have deleted all cookies and temporary internet files, but once again it was in vain.

Is there anything else I can do to avoid the redirect? Or if this site has officially lost a player? Any help is appreciated.

I don't know why you will be redirected, but here are a few thoughts:

    (1) in case your preference for .us is stored in a cookie - rather than an account setting - try to clear the cookies for the site (this will probably end your session, so save all pending work first). While displaying a page on the site, try either:

    • Click on the globe or the padlock in the address bar > more information > Security > "View Cookies".
    • Right click on the page > View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
    • Menu Tools > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".

In the dialog box that opens, you can delete cookies from the site individually.

Any changes in the navigation of the homepage?

    (2) if give you permission to site to access your location, that turns off. You can access specific permissions to the site while displaying a page on the site using the Page Info dialog box. Either:

    • Click on the globe or the padlock in the address bar > more information > permissions
    • Right click on the page > View Page Info > permissions
    • Menu Tools > Page Info > permissions

(See screen shot on location approval)

    (3) if the site uses your preferred language to redirect, you can add en-GB and reorganize your languages. However, this could lead to strange results on other sites. If you want to try it, go to the languages of content here options dialog box:

the button Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) > Options > content > select button
