  Given that I have updated to the latest version of Muse CC 2015, I have the problem in Chrome, the mobile version is displayed instead of the desktop version.

  Please provide the URL of the page/site that does not behave as expected.

  In this case Mylenium is incorrect. Assuming that you are currently using Muse, redirect it universal seems only to dimensions of the screen and the screen is multi-touch decide between the computer desktop, tablet or phone. There is no known issue with the release of Muse in this area.

  In addition, the browser's cache is not relevant for this behavior. That could impact the behavior is specifically clear cookies – a cookie is used to allow a user to force another provision designed for the device to be displayed (i.e. "go to full Site", "Go to the Mobile Site", "Go to the Site of Tablet" behaviour).

  I am new to the use of Muse and have created one before site in Muse. I took screenshots to show the problem I'm having.

  
  

  I used Illustrator to create the image of the logo depending on whether I have save to SVG file:

  

  As you have probably guessed, I used a clipping mask to insert the purple Mason image in forms and text (this may be relevant to the problem, I don't know).

  I then save out as a SVG with the following details as advised by Adobe:

  

  Before moving into Muse, I File > place the SVG file. "Unable to generate thumbnail" comes in both desktop and phone:

  

  Anyway, I uploaded to FTP message on my site. While SVG is perfectly displayed on my desktop browser, it not only shows any on my phone's browser:

  

  This is not only happening on my phone, I visited the same Web site on several phone devices and the SVG image still does not appear. Ideas why this happens?

  Have I totally missed something on file formats for versions of mobile browser in Muse?

  Also - in illustrator, I saved the SVG logo for the mobile version as a SVG as SMALL as that I saved to the desktop version.

  Use a PNG file. I see nothing in your logo that would justify using nothing else. You're not scaling it, there is no interaction and everything that you do is hide some pixel data already. Forgive me, but using a SVG makes no sense at all. In addition one would need to see the file, but my guess would be that once more 'reactive' setting incorporates incorrect data. Wouldn't be the first time...

  I'm having issues where if I go to my work site UNDERWAY (www.kainevangemert.com) it redirects me to the version of phone when I try and access my Samsung Galaxy Tab S, so I reuploaded the site with the phone forwarding turned off and now it just goes to the desktop version. If I manually kainevangemert.com/tablet that it goes to the tablet version, however I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to solve this problem?

  On my end, I tested with a few devices and it worked on most but not all. It is a known problem with the combination of specific material.

  The fix is included in later versions.

  Try a Reset of preferences. CTRL or Cmd (Mac) + k to access preferences.

  When you create a muse of available phone create a new folder for phone layout and places pages. For an example of URL of home page for office layout will be yourdomain.com/index.html , but for the phone available, it will be yourdomain.com/phone/index.html

  So, if in the presentation of phone if you check 'Current Page' comments will be placed to yourdomain.com/phone/index.html but not for yourdomain.com/index.html.

  So now, you can try the following steps.

  • Get access to the phone.
  • The FB open comments widget options.
  • Uncheck the "current Page".
  • Enter the URL of the page Office inside of him and he will do the trick for you.

• Safari can't find the mobile version of my Muse site hosted by Business Catalyst

  For some reason any after the republication of a site for a client today, the mobile version has stop working. When I search on google the site on my phone, the address looks like humanity.tv/phone/index.html which is OK, but after selecting the safari cannot open the page because the server is not found message appears. Desktop and tablet properly. Humanity.TV is the address.

  I tried to clean the cache on my iPhone but its still does not. Could be an overload of cover on the side of catalysts for business?

  Version of phone of the site seems to work very well in our end. When we go to humanity.tv, it takes us into the version of phone of the site.

  Please try again, you can use another browser, or try the site on another phone and it should work properly on your side as well.

  Probably you are encountering the problem that is described in this document of knowledge "My Oracle Support":

  Doc # 1551951.1: Search 'Results list' contains links that do not work because they are built with the incorrect URL

  Here is the solution:

  ------------------------

  Make sure that the content/portal URI are set correctly on all nodes the.  This can be done as follows:

  1. connect to the PeopleSoft application

  2. go to PeopleTools Integration Broker, integration configuration, nodes

  3. sort by "Local node".

  4. for any node where "node Local = 1' do the following:

  a. set up the node

  b. go to the tab "portal."

  c. ensure that the text "URI Content" and "Portal URI text" are properly defined.

  For example, if your Integration Broker is on myserver.mycompany.com:8000 and your site is called hcm, you would use these values:

  Text of the URI of the content = "http://myserver.mycompany.com:8000/PSC/hcm /"

  Portal of text URI = "http://myserver.mycompany.com:8000/psp/hcm /"

  (Write it down "/" at the end of the values.) Make sure you remember that)

  d. make sure this change is made to all nodes. For example, for HCM, this aspect should be defined for nodes PSFT_HR and HRMS.

  5. after making the above changes, you need to rebuild the search index. Do this as follows:

  a. redeploy all the definitions of research that were built with the incorrect URL as follows:

  -Go to PeopleTools, research framework, Administration, deployment/delete the object

  -Box next to the definition of inactive research

  -Click "undeploy".

  -Once finished, check the box next to the definition of research and this time click "deploy".

  b. rebuild search indexes

  -Go to PeopleTools, research, Administration, research agenda Index

  -Bring the command run to perform a build of the full Index and launch it.
