  Check under Tools | Message rules and see if there is a rule that is to do.  The messages go to the junk e-mail folder or the deleted items folder?  All messages go to deleted items, or just those of your address?
   
  One thing you can try is to remove his e-mail account, close WinMail, run my Windows Mail utility to compact and repair the database, and then reopen WinMail and add his account back once again.  But the rules are defined in the registry, that might not help.

  It depends a bit exactly what you want to do, but you can plan everything a powercli-script to remove the virtual desktop at a certain time.

  Another option that I usually prefer is to manage the rights with the ad groups.

  So when you want to revoke a users access to a desktop computer, simply remove the user from the group, which should be easy to do with a script.

  How can I permanently remove/delete the folder "archive"? Whenever I have delete the file via my ImapMail folder it gets added to my files once I re - open Thunderbird. I don't want or use "archive" and it work I use out of the folder view. Any help would be appreciated.

  1 copy the contents of the 'Archives' to your 'Local Folders' folder to ensure that you do not lose these emails.

  2 thunderbird Menu: tools: account settings: in the window account settings, find the e-mail account of concern on the left side and show the settings under it. Select "Copies & folders". On the right side you will see a section for the "Message Archive". Uncheck "Keep message archives in."

  3. now, try to remove the 'Archives' folder in Thunderbird. Is it still reappears when you restart Thunderbird, then connect to your webmail and delete the folder here.
