  Well, you should try to activate the rights for the TACSPROP.exe.

  I have 3 user accounts and Admin and generally scan in (Paint Shop Pro v6.02 of). PSP and Canon are located via the registry - Canon also puts data files in the records of mobile users.

  So a few days ago, I discovered that in my user account, PSP could not see only the undernourished WIA TWAIN drivers.

  My problem is that the PSP can see TWAIN in other accounts.

  I also discovered that Lotus Word Pro cannot see TWAIN in my account, but he sees in all 3 other accounts.  I can scan fortunately which / to Lotus so I can't with PSP, juice from my account.

  I disabled the WIA service, so nobody gets to have a choice now, but all this has done to my account it's that now PSP and Lotus can not see any drivers at all, while the other 3 accounts are quite happy.

  I'll guess that you have checked your event viewer to see if there were errors in there? Sometimes these things "straight" and you're almost better to just go with the "fix" rather than driving yourself crazy trying to figure what is happening. A few days ago that I have simply assign questions to the Gremlins and move. I agree, but it is good to know the why of a problem... but... you may end up spending far more time than it's worth.

  You can also try a chkdsk /f /r to see if there are bad sectors.

  Something for the future, would be to throw together a quick list of what had to be twisted after so that you have a checklist where it never happens again. It will make things much easier.

  I spent several hours today a behavior very strange and problematic of the debugging windows. It suddenly started doing this:

  -After starting, I log in with my password. None of the applications that are supposed to start on windows logon do not start. Taskbar shows nothing. All that requires administrative privileges performer does nothing. If I try to launch msconfig.exe it shows nothing. If I try to run the Task Manager it shows nothing. If I try CTRL + SHIFT + ESC Task manager does not appear. CTRL + ALT + DELETE, and then on the task manager - he does not appear. If I try to run-> taskmgr.exe it does not appear.

  I can do pretty much anything.

  So what I did was run the safe mode and disabled all services through msconfig. WIndows then start regularly. I tried to activate all the services of 3rd third-party and microsoft services disabled and he did run. While I started activation of microsoft services in a mode of binary search until I found that I can have all the services EXCEPT for Microsoft account Sign-In Assistant. If I activate this one, this non-fonctionnalite occurs. If I turn it off, windows are running ok.

  What is going on? I need this service or can I leave this option unchecked forever so that I can use my laptop?

  Basically the Auto setting works well with the XBox.  Select settings > USBMode > MTP or MSC.

  What are your settings of GPU acceleration?  As I understand it, the Alt right click size and hardness adjust needs acceleration GPU to be turned on, but I have a feeling Brush hardness is always set to easy when using fluidity.  You can still see the quick mask as representation of the soft brush when Alt right click, but you can't change the hardness.

  Is that you can change the brush size and pressure (framed in red in my screenshot) Alt right click drag left and right changes size and down to pressure changes, and you can see what is happening in real-time by looking at the sign on the right.  It works independently of your acceleration GPU (IME) settings, but you don't get the effect of soft red quick mask.

  

  Does this fit with what you see, or you are not able to change things at all?  If not, then I've always found that fluidity consumes system resources, if you could check the Task Manager > Performance tab to see what kind of RAM and CPU use is using the fluidity.  That's what I see after direction the lens above with a big brush continuously for 10 seconds.  Note This is on a fairly quick NLE System.
