  Check the Internet Options (Internet Explorer tools or configuration panel / /Connections Options tab / LAN Settings and make sure that Proxy Server is not checked even if you use Firefox.)  Check the settings in Firefox Tools / Advanced connections / settings (should be use system proxy settings or no proxy).

  Search for malware, especially using malwarebytes.

  Try these commands in this order in an elevated command prompt.  Not the first first, then reboot and try.  If still bad, try the second.

  netsh winsock reset
  netsh int ipv4 reset

  If they do not help, please after the output of a command ipconfig/all-order

  Several times a day on my new Windows 8 I get the message "Windows could not automatically detect the network proxy settings." I then use the troubleshooting tool that detects the parameter and am back in business, but why should I have to do every hour or so? After being on the Windows Support, the same problem is triggered, but responses are always to Windows 7, nothing about Windows 8.  Sometimes the message is "the default gateway is not available. Using a wireless connection and had no problem at all when you use Windows 7, it's only been 8 download it has become a pain. Anyone out there have the answer please?

The key is that there is no way to tell Thunderbird to automatically display the emails in the character encoding format that they were written in. I could understand the case where headers are not properly filled, but I see tons of emails in which coding is clearly in the headers in the message source. You can force, but if you do the menu VIEW-> encoding-> UTF8 character (for example) it doesn't 'glue' If you post another message. But who wants him 'stick' at all times even when? What the average user really wants is to be able to toggle the VIEW-> character encoding-> auto detect the default 'off' value simply "on" and don't have to bother with it more.

  This is a problem that seems to go on forever, and it NEVER happens with other e-mail clients. If there is some backdoor way to actually autodetect working, I would know about it.   Hearing is not analyze an entire publication and give the overall key.  It does not provide the pitch of individual notes or the average rating of a selection range, which MIGHT get you close to the key, but this is certainly no guarantee.

  Try to open the frequency analysis window, twirling to the bottom of the "Advanced" at the bottom section and then selecting your entire file or a single verse or passage.  You should see the 'general note' at the bottom:

  As far as I know that the SCXI-1600 USB Module is able to auto-detect SCXI Modules.
  This is also mentioned on page 11 and 12 of the following SCXI to start document:

  All data (including USB-variants such as the NI USB-6361) have only a 68 pin shielded cable (IO) between the DAQ hardware and the SCXI chassis.
  This cable does not auto-detect opportunities since it basically just "transfers analog and digital signals" between SCXI chassis and DAQ hardware.

  Is there a specific document that created the confusion on this subject?

  Can you describe your use case a little more?

  The format is applied only when the focus is moved out of the field.

  You want to display the groups directly separator when the user inserts the value in the field?

  The last update seems to have removed the lens correction option activate in the lens correction Panel (there are three check boxes, now there are only two).

  Is this a problem for you to have the service disabled? You should not need unless you want to be able to automatically detect the LXI network devices.
