Automatically link the report of Audit of Documents signed

I'm trying to configure my Esign so that an audit report is automatically fixed at the end of each signed document once all parties have signed the document. Is there a way to do this?

By default, the audit report is attached to the signed document that is sent as an attachment in E-mail. You can also disable or enable the setting by going to the tab account-> account setting-> General setting (as long as you have Adobe DC Premium account).

If you don't get the attached audit report, let me know.

    If LINK_TO_PART is a valid url so that you can change the PART_NUM column in your report. Go to the column binding attributes and set the following parameters:

    Text link: #PART_NUM #.
    Target: URL
    URL: #LINK_TO_PART #.

  • The reports generated interactive visuals: why some data link is unavailable?

    I want to enjoy the interactive generated visual report available in the electronic dashboard and share with the rest of my team, but some connection information is not displayed. Total number of clicks and the percentage of clicks appear in sections of header and footer. But anywhere in the body of the email where there is a link, the report indicates "0 clicks, 0.00% of total clicks." I pulled a report of broken link, so I can prove that the links in the email are, in fact, have clicked on, but I am at a loss as to why the data is not displayed in the Visual click per report.

    We use for a follow-up query strings, and all the links in our emails are redirect links... with the Eloqua coding. Could one of these have an impact on the reports?  (I'm on E9)

    Does anyone else have this problem? Your help and your insight is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Julia,

    If you insert dynamic values in the URL (for example, the merger in e-mail as a query string) and then the Visual click by report will not work. Visual click compared scans each link in the email and then trys to match the history of clickstream data against these URLS. If it finds a match, it fills the click Visual. If he can't do it for some reason (for example the link in the email www.google.com?email=Email_Address and the final URL sent to contact after mergers is [email protected] ) then unfortunately, he can't fill these data in the report.

    The clicks link email fault report is the best choice in these situations, because it is not affected by the above question (as it is just a list of URLS from track data, it does validate not against the content of the email in Eloqua).

    Click on the link in the links Panel and open the Panel menu. Choose repeat the link extension.

    I think you can use the normal link column. This will automatically add the checksum.

    I often work between Illustrator and Photoshop, copy lineart in PS and since I recently updated two programs, somehow I changed a setting or something has changed in the software itself.

    The steps that I "used" to take...

    1 Select lineart illustrator and copy
    2 create a new record in PS - change the resolution from 72 to 300

    3. close the new document (because the width and height would be in 72 dpi)

    4. create the document again - this time she would have saved my setting of 300 DPI and automatically adjust the pixels accordingly

    Unfortunately step 4 doesn't seem to work for me. He just stay at 72 dpi.

    Is there a setting that has changed, or is there another way to "easily" copy lineart in a new PS document at 300 DPI and the right size?

    I just wanted to report that I found a solution in case anyone else think the wrong way as if I was.

    If you change the dropdown to "pixels" in inches or centimeters, for example, and then change the resolution to 300, it will resize the jury to "Printable" size at 300 dpi.

  • Automatically highlight the sentences in the document

    I'm trying to do two things with PDFs on Acrobat Pro DC.

    1. I want to be able to enter a sentence (or several sentences, if possible) and have everyone automatically highlighted in the document. (And when I print the document, I want the nail to be visible).

    2. it is more complicated, but I'll throw this out there in case there is a solution. The documents that I am doing this for financial statements are. Thus, a part of sentence I want to highlight could be "deposit from Chase Bank verification." Whenever this expression appears, it would automatically be underlined by the foregoing. Immediately after the words would be the amount of the deposit. Ideally, I'd like the program automatically also highlight the amount of the deposit. But this amount varies each time. The only way I can imagine this work is so if you could teach somehow Adobe to find the desired expression, and then automatically select the whole line (or highlight until it finds a number dollar sign.)

    #2 will probably not be possible; but, if I could just get #1 to work, that would be great.

    From now on, you cannot set the recipient's e-mail address in the document itself or let him choose automatically. You must provide either the Web portal or even using the API, the e-mail address of signatory manually.     Of course, it's an option as well. You can attach files to the main PDF file, or you can merge all files into a single PDF portfolio.

    If there is some time, I am sure that I have disabled the automatic link between audio and video when you plop a clip in your timeline down.

    Usually when you select a clip, it will automatically select the audio with her and you can drag it around. Now, however, if I select a video clip, it will move it without also selecting the audio too. So I need extra clicks to select my support when moving around the timeline.
