  For devices OR-SCOPE, you can use the NOR-ModInst interface to query for which devices are available.  He is buried in the Utility Functions in the range of NOR-SCOPE.  Or you can search the palette OR ModInst.

• Prevent automatic Expansion of the users folder

  It is a loss of a lot of time for me.  When opening explores, it automatically expands the users folder that I can navigate and collapse to get to where I really want to go.  How can I disable this annoying behavior?

  Go to start / computer and you will have a view that is not developed (at least mine isn't) - it shows C:\ and does not yet show the subfolders as users.  Or if you want just your own profile information, click on and it will give you just the files and folders in your profile (not developed).

  Oops!, your temporary tablespace data file (temporary file) is missing.

  Select file_name in dba_temp_file;

  Above must return 0 rows. Add a temporary file in your temporary tablespace. If the name of the temporary tablespace is TEMP, use following command

  alter tablespace temp add tempfile 'file_path' size 5G;

• Confirming a design where I need to save where the user navigated to the screen.

  A matter of design, which is a good implementation of the following?

  I need to be able to save the location of the place where the user has scrolled, then when the user:

  1. Changing screens and returns to the previous screen.
  2. The application farm (moves the application at bottom) and opens the app again (move the app in the foreground).

  The user scrolls automatically here where the user was before.

  For example, if I have a VerticalFieldManager with the following text read only fields:

  • LabelField

  The user scroll down to the third LabelField — two actions user above performs, returns to the screen, and scrolls down to the third TextField again.

  I think I can use Manager.setHorizontalScroll and Manager.getHorizontalScroll, but is there a better way?

• Possible to automatically calculate date 2 weeks after date entered by the user in the form?

  Hello! I am trying to create a form that auto fills a few dates based on a value entered by the user. For example, if a user enters a date 07/01/16 deadline, I would another field to automatically fill the area with the 15/07/16 (2 weeks from the previously entered date). Is this possible? I've searched for scripts but no luck so far.

  Of course, it is possible. Say the name of the field date entered by the user is Date1. You can use this script as script custom calculation of the other field.

• How can I apply the automatic spelling correction for selected fields from the data entered by the users of forms?

  I would like to be able to apply the spelling correction of selected fields in the forms I created using LiveCycle Designer 8.2 at runtime, as opposed at design time.  I understand that version 8 LCD has a spelling corrector new OWL for form designers.  But I want to say check the data entered by users using Acrobat Reader.  And I want to apply the spelling correction automatically on only selected fields.

  Currently it seems that fill out my forms, users must know how manually right-click on each field, and then select "Spell Check" from the dialog box to check spelling mistakes in the data that the user entered into the form.

  I would like to discover a way to apply the correction spelling in certain areas, as well as I am able to do in forms created using Acrobat Pro.  Acrobat Pro, I can set a property for each field to require the spell check.  but this feature seems to be missing in Livecycle Designer.

  I have check the object model for XFA forms hoping I could find a method I can call a JavaScript file, check the spelling based on an event such as onBlur.  But I have not found a method of spelling.

  Am I missing something simple?  Is there a way to define each field out controls when a user is filling out the form using the free software Acrobat Reader?

  Our users are not sophisticated and forcing spell check each field separately just doesn't cut it...

  Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

  Hi David,

  Two things...

  At design time has set the locale of the form to that coming out Acrobat checks. For example the locale English (United States) and English (United Kingdom) have Spellers; However the English (Ireland) does not work. Check the warnings tab to see if the spell checking is supported for your locale.

  If your locale form supports spell checking, so you can go to the script of the button below.

  If you form local does NOT support spell checking, Stephanie has a great work-around to force spell (http://forums.adobe.com/message/2233945#2233945).

  Put a normal button on the form and in the click event must have the following:

  app.execMenuItem ("spelling: spell check");

  IAM trying to build a path for the creation of files automatically using system date and time. I'm running into errors with regard to the special characters in the file name. I'm trying to parse the string to get the date and time without the ' / 'and':' but have failed. is there a better way to do it? Help, please! I try to avoid a dialog box for the user to enter a file name.

  I have a business that, the rule of a JSF page with several components and groups. If the user enters the value in a date component or an input text component a selectOneCheckBox must be checked automatically. And even unchecked if the value of the field date field or text entry is deleted. I followed so far recommended for part of the ADF. I don't know what layer of the application of these rules should be applied.

  Hello and welcome to Apple Support communities,

  This problem may be caused by a number of things, most often the cause is the device not being able to contact the time server. Here are the instructions from Apple supported for this problem, as well as a link to the appropriate article.

  Follow these steps, after each step:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
  2. Automatically turn on set in settings > general > Date & time. This will automatically put your date and time based on your time zone.
  3. Make sure that your time zone is set correctly. Tap Settings > general > Date & time > time zone.

  If you still have any questions affecting your date, time, or time zone, you can automatically disable in the settings > general > Date & time and manually set the time and time zone. Or contact your carrier.

  The option to enable the value automatically may not be available in all countries or all shells.

  If the time on your iOS device does not go after a sync with your computer, the computer may be time wrong. Check the time on your computer in system preferences > Date & time. You can select "Set date and time automatically."

  Of course, if the time of your carrier server cannot connect the other option is to manually set the date and time until the carrier server are again available.
