  Looking for the Outbox. It lies in the local folders and is usually toward the bottom of the folder list on the left side of the screen.

  It worked without wanting other languages on the first machine, I installed but did not work on all of the following machines.

  Figured it out.

  After making a copy of the file in case things get ugly, I opened the HP1100XPS. INF and concluded, at the end of the file, a large number of additional languages or further information.  I deleted everything starting with; Arabic in the example below at the end of the file and saved.  The installation worked after that without having to ask for the location of the alternative language files.

  Its not supposed to do.  If you just send the message, it must go in your Outbox and leave.  Try to compact and repair the database and see if that has an effect (see www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/).

  Reinstall the application Messenger solved the problem for me, even with Skype being still there, I can send and receive messages.
