Autostart A7R II

Hello

Bought my II A7R today and returned home after an hour. When I tried to fix my camera lens on automatically. "means that the seller forgot to turn off after the demonstration. Are there chances of damage even if everything seems to work perfectly? I think that the camera should automatically go powersaving mode when the lens comes off.

Please give me your opinion, even though I know what is clearly written in the manual about changing the lens.

Thank you!

Hi provat,.

Welcome to the community of Sony!

There not bad it only to the camera, even though the seller forgot to turn it off. You are right that the camera goes into power saving mode to save battery when it is not in use. It's like an awakening of the sleepmode computer and unless you stop, it is not completely off.

  • Video limitation of 30 minutes Sony A7R II

UPDATE: thanks to the application of the OpenMemories, the 30 minute limit is no longer a problem on Sony A7 product line.

I bought a camera Sony A7R II. Now, I know that in Europe, the camera has a limitation of registration of 30 minutes. However, I bought my camera in the USA (it's the b) revision and he still has the limit of 30 minutes. Why? Is this a mistake? How can I remove the limit?

    Thank you.

II A7R impossible to record a video of 30 minutes or more. What you get to do is with the EU.

  • How warns we Touch & launch the autostart?

    Hello world

How we keep Touch of Toshiba and launch (PadExe.exe) to launch at system startup?

I hope that there is another way than editing autostart configuration (MSCONFIG) system.

    Thank you

    Hi Thomas

The fastest way is to make a shortcut in start all startup programs. There is also another way. You create a new entry in the Microsoft Registry editor, but it's more complicated.

Usually, if you install the utility & t, it starts automatically when the system starts.

  • Narrator starts automatically when the computer is turned on even if it is marked as 'no' for autostart

Currently, using windows vista Home premium. When I open the Software Explorer in windows defender and look at the start of the programmes, the Narrator is not listed. When the Narrator is on, and I watch the current programs, sometimes it is not even in this case, but when it is finally shown, he says 'no' to autostart. Despite all this, Narrator starts again automatically on 30secs after that I turned on my computer.

Start > Control Panel > easy access to the Center > use the computer without a display and make sure that the box is not checked for Narrator begin.

  • A7r / A7 file name change and bottom of shutter

A7r / A7 file name change and bottom of shutter

A simple feature to add to a new FW must have the ability to change the START of the file name.

If you have two new A7r... both have simular filenames and will start conflicts.

What you should be able to do... it's name... say A7r_00001 HDR and HDR-A7r2_00001

WHERE in the EXIF is the actual NUMBER of trigger to shutter (unchanging)?

It's like the odometer of camera

  • NFC connect A7r Sony Z, keep the DIRECT connection

NFC connect A7r to Sony Z,

Connecting the A7r via WPS to my Access Point is easy (PlayMemories APPS updates) and Sony Z AP...

BUT the connection the A7r NFC and Sony Z looks "Clunky" (too many button pushes. and he DOES NOT.)

I want to do is KEEP the connection beteen the A7r and Sony Z... Then

When I shoot, choose which photos to the smartphone (pressing the Fn button in review)...  It comes automatically if POSTER on the Smartphone in VGA size ONLY, FULL screen.

    * It is so someone with my phone can simply DISPLAY the photos, (FULL SCREEN), only one of the I want to see... As I draw.

I would also like the Sony Z to automatically send a copy of it on my site PlayMemories.   VGA JPG only.

All new photos taken off the coast of the Z and downloaded off the A7r shots.

    Thanks for the help

Unfortunately you can not do with NFC. The way this works is as a "bundle" of data straight from point A to point B. There is no way to keep it continues as a bluetooth connection.

A work around would be to install the PlayMemories Online application and then connect your camera into wifi... take a photo, do autosync to the cloud, and then have your phone autosync in the cloud so you get a copy.

Because I don't have a sony Z, I have to ask, can you put your phone in mode 'hotspot '?

    Regads

    Alex

did you check the boot process? the boot process is already over?

    see this example:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/348583/800332/800505/800608/...

    find this comment:

Check if the BlackBerry has completed its startup process.

Once the boot process is completed,

    Push your screen using pushGlobalScreen().

    hope that helps.

  • Flag to set Autostart on request submit to the App World vendor Portal

    Hi all

I've been wondering. How the device know if my application will be run automatically at startup (when the device starts up) or not, if my application is installed by the user from the App World?

I thought that the autostart flag is stored in the Blackberry App descriptor XML file then reflected to the .jad file once I've compiled my app.

Presentation on the App World vendor Portal requires only the .cod files, not the descriptor xml file or a .jad file.

The autostart flag is also stored in the .cod file?

    Yes

  • BlackBerry 10 Autostart/keep apps running

    Hi all

There are a few apps (for example, reminder, calendar, LinkedIn and so on) that I want to run continuously. If, for some reason, they are closed, they need to be restarted. I would also like their Autostart each time that I reboot my passport.

The reason is that I use the information in the active frame and I don't want to keep away from these applications whenever they are, for some reason, have been closed.

Is this possible with BB OS or some app?

Edit: I just did a reboot of my passport and all managers active where even on my home screen, so that part seems to work. However, they are just frameworks without content. I have to actually start the application and reduce it until it's content assets. Is it possible to have managers are updated just after reboot?

    Thank you

    Peter

Sorry, there is no setting for it. You must manually start the apps.

  • Turning point autostart/disable by program?

    Hello.

My request is autostart-ed (fixed by the JDE).

I want to allow the user to change the behavior of autostart (i.e. allow him to activate the start feature automatic power switch)

Can be done programmatically (for example using a registry, or in the same way entry value)?

(I know I can use a second method of entry point - I was wondering if there is a way to do it using simpler, because the second approach entrypoint is a fake autostart switch since the app will be started automatically when even :-))

    Thank you

There is no way to stop an application to be started automatically.  However, your application could determine if it needs to run its start-up operations or not.  You can store a persistent value that the application check at startup.  If true, it performs its start-up operations, if set to false, he couldn't do anything and go out.

  • AutoStart w/o JDE (Eclipse)

I use the plugin Eclipse and all the docs seem to point to examples of JDE autostart configuration.

Can you tell me what the JDE is hilarious on the autostart options so I can do the Eclipse?

    Thank you

I havn't widely used eclipse, but you can find the autorun option in the ownership of the project.

  • A7r / A7 Menu option to kill the AF on shutter half? the Nikon there = Activation AF = AF-ON only

A7r / A7 Menu option to kill the AF on shutter half?    the Nikon there = Activation AF = AF-ON only

Essentially to get college activation on the EYL touches ONLY... with AF ON = AEL and College.

BUT want to control AF-ON be ONLY Activation AF.

and does not have the shutter half 'again' trigger AF.

This helps when using College and AF-On button EYL.

You can College...  OR...  Focus and re - composing... both with this set up.

    As many do on Nikon

    Hello

    I did exactly that.

There is a menu option to explicitly disable AF with the press of the shutter. (I think it is called "AF with shutter"). After that, simply customize a command AF-ON button.

Sorry can not verify the exact menu item that I don't have my camera at hand today, but it is confirmed that it was possible. This is one of the first things I did - I can't wait autofocus with half press of the shutter too

  • Can you use Pocket wizards to trigger the HVLF60M Sony flash when it is out of the unit with the A7R?

Can you use Pocket wizards to trigger the HVLF60M Sony flash when it is out of the unit with the A7R?  How about studio flashes (Alien Bees)? I just sold my Canon gear and moved to Sony, but I need advice on how to trigger wireless flashes.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Larry

LarryMarshall, Any Trigger of manual Radio should work.  Assistants of pocket or RadioPoppers.

But there are a few problems with the 60 m.

    (1) it doesn't have a PC or a 1/8 port to connect directly to a Rec Radio of any brand.

    (2) you WILL NEED to buy or use a hot shoe with a PORT adapter... 1/8 according to the sync cable or PC you may already own.

    (3) you WILL NEED to 'Check' to 'ensure' that trigger the 60 m SHAFT is aligned with the center of contact your hotshoe adapter hot with a PORT... because some adapters won't online upward with the 60 m Flash... who fooled you into believing that it does not work.  When, in fact, it's just the PIN which is not aligning with ALL the hot shoe adapters.

It will work... you just have to be careful... and know of the gatcha.

The 60 m PUT claw is not fully compatible with all... hot shoe adapters and there that to do with how PUT 60 m flash foot aligns the trigger ROD.

I triggered the 60 m in flash with RadioPoppers... in the manual... so, I know it works.

It is, manual release of the waste of the 60 m flash TTL/HSS abilitys.    What is needed is for SONY to develop and deliver a Radio trigger Solution.  Which would be TTL/HSS and you allow to 'Control' the Flash too... from the camera.

It is the power of a Flash of modern Radio System.

    Manual triggers are old school.

p.s. the A7r/A7 can easily trigger flashes of Studio with Pocket Wizzards or RadioPoppers... or probably triggers of manual.    Just be careful if the brand you choose is reliable.

Pocket wizzards and RadioPoppers were the choice of PRO for years.  Because they are reliable.
