  I have been using the Xbox Live on my Windows phone platform. I went through the motions to get it designed and produced on my computer laptop windows 7. Completely painless. However, I created one for my girlfriend too, and we two tenons rather see a wallpaper of it on our desk on the laptop. Anyone know where I can get this done? I tried Googling, and he returned with a xbox live address that seems more the function (something to do with freeyouravatar or something like that). Any help on this would be great! • Games App Live broken tile, Xbox Live Profile Avatar is displayed either

  On all my machines Windows 8 and Windows Live Sync RT, tile games app is is more updated. that is, it does not show my profile picture or Gamerscore, just the regular controller icon.

  In addition, when I run the app, my Xbox Live Avatar does not appear even if the app shows me as connected and I can see my friends list.  Instead, I see a placeholder blank avatar.  In addition, the normal profile options are absent; Instead, I see the same options that are normally displayed to friends: to add a friend, games compareand view profile.  (Of course, if I click on view profile, the resulting page is empty and the app says that it is impossible to connect to Xbox Live.)

  At first, I tried all the solution published workarounds and troubleshooting suggestions: licenses synchronization app, uninstall and reinstall the app games, change my appearance of Avatar on Xbox.com, runs the resolution of the problems of metro app, etc.  When none of these worked, I checked and realized that this behavior is universal on all of my machines.  I also checked the application of games works fine for my wife on the same machines where it is broken for my account.   Good news! The games App update which I installed today solved the problem! My avatar appears, as well as options to change your avatar, edit profile, etc. I hope this works for everyone!

• How can I change my Xbox LIVE avatar photo in the application of Windows 8 games?

  I have explored the app games for Windows 8, but was unable to find an option to create and save a new Xbox LIVE avatar image.    I remember changing my Xbox LIVE avatar on the Xbox.com Web site in Windows 7, but when I click on the section of the Avatar of the site editor I get redirected to the application of games for Windows 8.  Am I missing something?  It is a fundamental characteristic which I think should be added to the application of games for Windows 8 as soon as possible if it is not already.

• Transfer gamer tag to the new Xbox, lost account and signed at old gamer tag shows up. Where is my new gamer tag and saved game history and avatar?

  I initially started with an older Xbox360 and played for a few years before the xbox has requested a change of tag gamer for free on my Xbox. So I changed my gamertag and everything was going well until my Xbox 360 broke and forced me to buy a new xbox360 slim. So I bought the hard drive transfer cable and transfer my game data and now it asks me to enter the password and email with this account and when I do it says that it does not match. When I log on my computer it shows my old gamer tag not my other or one of my friends or recorded the history of the game. When the Xbox support helped me download my account on Xbox it came with my old new. I only got an email all my life, so I know that this is the correct e-mail. How can I get the correct information for my new gamer tag so I can access my account on my new Xbox and play without having to create a new and lose all my past history, gamer points and their friends?

• Can I change the parent on my xbox account?

  I'm only 17, will be 18 in August.  Well, my brother is set up as an adult on my Xbox account, and I want him removed and replaced by someone that I hope more.  My brother and I do not have blind eyes these last time, as well to the point where, earlier today, he threatened to take my Xbox and sell it (although he I was given for Christmas a year or two ago.)

  A couple of months there until I'm 18, and there is no way that he would give me his consent to have his email removed and replaced.  Is it possible that I can do manually and if so, how?  Where can I get help on this?  I pay my Xbox live every month, and if it does not really sell my Xbox, I'll buy another, but I still would have brought on my account and I can not just make a new account because I have so many achievements, also bought a lot of games and avatar items in the shop.

• After download of mandated Micosost 20/06/12 for the Xbox360, my animated avatar is not working proberly.

  Before the update 20/06/12 of my avatar when clicked on in friends would show a backdrop of Gears of War, a throw of gold and an open Pod person. All respond immediately when my avatar in the friends section has been highlighted. Now, after this download, my avatar when you click on a background of GOW3, it is y no bag opened nobody in the context more and my avatar does not display the golden throw regularly may from time to time, but not with the previous action moves or frequency as before. I would like to get that in her previous working state before downloading.

  As in the title, I'm frustrated

  Why people can't answer the question!  You did not an alternative, to avoid your problem, you asked how to fix it!  And then offering suggestions that MIGHT help, but don't have, instead of those who actually do help, are simply misleading.

  You CAN get this problem go away, but you have to jump through a hoop stupid Microsoft so he could get out.  This problem has been plaguing me as well.  I wanted to JUST PLAY MY GOOD OLD WINDOWS 7 Solitaire and he lead me through all this heartache and I found myself here, with this problem too.

  (Microsoft needs to do much more research on their 'Intuitive Interface' for Windows 8 and to know how to get people to change correctly, without irritating the and taking away things).

  To get rid of this irritating problem, you must connect using your Microsoft Account (aka (also known as) Windows Live ID and many other names), create your account to XBox games, using the application of XBOX games.

  1. start the application of green 'games', which should be on your home screen by default subway, if you have not deleted.  It has a white XBox onto the green square controller.

  2. once the app is running in the upper right, just like in the application Microsoft Solitaire Collections, it must be a bond of connection that you can click on sign in.  Use your Windows account to connect.

  Once you have your Xbox account connected games, it will assign you a generic username to your Xbox account.  You have not actually to have a XBox game system to have a XBox to Windows 8 gaming account.  (You can create an avatar for your account to XBox game while you are connected, but didn't get off upwards by Microsoft again like I did when you click on your avatar and wonder what to do next.)  Once you choose your avatar, you must (unintuitively) click the checkbox under the avatar to actually select.)

  3. from the start of Metro screen, click Microsoft Solitaire Collection app (assuming that you added it there.)

  4. Note that the Collection of Microsoft Solitaire has always tried to automatically sign in to the account of the XBox to start games.  Because we had not set up the account of XBox games, he irritated with this annoying authentication window whenever we simply wanted to play.  It should now connect automatically and is more to annoy you with this authentication window.

  Here's another darkened tip, 'logout' of the XBox games account, in the case where you were wondering too how, but not could not intuitively determine how from the intuitive interface:

• Bad Avatar displayed in Windows 8 Apps

  I've updated my avatar with my Xbox 360 a few months ago, but after you have recently reinstalled Windows 8 on my computer, I noticed that it is still showing the old avatar.

  Please note that if I go into the store to win 8 games, the correct avatar appears.  If I run the Minesweeper, solitaire, Taptiles, etc., the bad avatar is displayed instead.
  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, synchronization and update, but nothing seems to solve this problem.
  Any ideas?

  I haven't done an update via the site, but after validation, I made a slight change to my avatar again on the 360.  The update appeared quickly in the store to win 8 Game, but not games or the site.

  However, when I logged earlier - about 24 hours later - everything seems himself, both on the site and 8 Win fix games.

  This recent change must have finally forced the update through.  The delay seems to be crucial.
