    (1) don't you make changes to the settings of the keyboard before this problem?

    (2) what is the brand and model of your computer?

    (3) where did you try to print letters? Is online or on any document?

    I suggest you check for the issue with another keyboard, if you have. When you press NumLock the number keys on the right side of the keyboard will not numbers print but you can still print numbers using the number keys present under the function keys.

    You can also check the problem with the screen keyboard on.

Even as I write this I'm not getting a small lock so I don't even know if this is a secure site.     I think you will be ok with decommissioning, just to ensure that you are using a version authorized by apple as shown above. At times, Apple suggested that downgrade you when a clearance blocked phone calls on some iphones.  Sometimes in the past, employees of the apple stores would help you downgrade.  Ask.

    For a limited time Apple will return you to the previous version.  Do not hurry.

Once I did my screen kind of frozen, and I locked and turned on the prompt so that it stops because it suits him generally. He did not.     Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
