B276HUL supports full-resolution Windows 7 on DVI or HDMI?

B276HUL supports full resolution (2560 x 1440) of Windows 7 on DVI or HDMI?

I tried to connect it to my laptop on Windows 7 (video: Nvidia GeForce GT 540 M, all drivers have been updated) but without success (I just DVI 1920 x 1600)

Can you tell us what I have to do to get this working on Windows 7 and full resolution?

Thank you

Hi Rob

The B276HUL indeed stand up to 2560 x 1440 resolution. Maybe it's that your laptop only supports up to 1920 x 1600.

My iPhone has the option 'download photos in full resolution' is enabled. I decided to do the same thing for my iPhone but when I went to the photos app on my ipad, he said not "enough space". I had 22 GB of free space on my ipad. My library is only 17 concerts. But it refuses to download videos and photos in full resolution. I even tried turning off iCloud photo library, remove all local copies of my photos and videos, turn it back on and selecting 'download full resolution '. Same question. My next option is to restore my iPad for a clean install, but I rather not do. Any ideas?

Performing a restore of backup can erase some extra storage space, but...

Download a library of 17 GB, the memory load to the Photos app, on a device with only 22 GB of free space will leave enough space free work, so the warning is OK - you have not enough free storage.

Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management and see if you can remove some unused documents and apps to create more free space. Otherwise, use an optimized library and full resolution images will be downloaded when you need to view or modify.

  • Determine if the full resolution pictures Srored on computer.

I've been using my Mac with "Mac storage optimization" for storing photos in iCloud. I want these pictures to the iCloud for my wife, a different Apple ID account. My underetanding is that the photos can be trasmet to an iCloud to another account on the back-end iCloud. So the best optoon seems to be to connect to her iCloud on my Mac account and upload photos to her iCloud by using Photo account. My question is how can I now that the upload will be pictures full resolution and not the photos low-resolution bit bulky?

    Hello D.Pass.

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I understand that you want to export all or part of your photos in the Photos app from your iMac to an other iCloud account. I'm happy to give you advice on how to achieve this.

There are two ways this could happen.

First option is to disconnect from iCloud in your user account in the iMac, and then sign in with your wife iCloud account.

Since you currently have the "optimize Mac storage" turned on, you will have all of your photos and original videos on your iMac. To download the pictures and videos on your original iMac, make sure you have enough storage in your iMac to upload all your pictures, open the Photos app, choose Photos > Preferences, and select to download the originals of this Mac. Wait until all photos have been uploaded. Then log on your iCloud account in system preferences > iCloud.

Now, you can connect with your wife iCloud account. And configuring iCloud photo library in the iCloud in system preferences options panel > iCloud.

Second option is to export all your photos from the Photos app in your user account. Then add them too account app picture of your wife to its user, if his account is in the same iMac, or another Mac or PC.

Here is an article with detailed instructions on how to export photos from the photos app:

  • Satellite L650-13D - Supports Full - HD TV with an HDMI cable?

I can conclude that the satellite-13D-L650 Full - HD TV with a HDMI cable?

    Hello

Full HD means you need a resolution of screen of 1920 x 1080 and all new workbooks or let's say graphics cards support this resolution of the screen.

Just check the display properties in the display driver if you can select the resolution of the screen but I'm sure it's possible.

  • How to export a full size, full resolution Photos photo?

    Background:

I am a very literate Mac user, but have NEVER used iPhotos or Photos - initially because I didn't like how they seized my photos and hid in a place where it took an expert user to show me where they were.

Meanwhile, my cousin, who is 77, has all his pictures in Photos.  They were originally in iPhoto, but after that its database has become corrupted and all the photos that have been "disappeared": she spent several hundred $$ to Apple store for them to create a new database and search and restore all the pictures, (of course all its manifestations and albums "disappeared" in the process) she ended up with 6 or 7 duplicates of many of his photos and told to go home and remove duplicates that she tried to fol (its 3000 original photos became 15 000 pictures after the "repair")

During this time, she would be now as export a couple of full-size, full resolution photos on his desk so that she can download them to print.  Could someone guide me please for a quick and simple tutorial on how to achieve?  I may go beyond helping him do this tomorrow and could probably figure it out - but it would be great if a kind person could tell me how to do this for her.

Thank you and happy holidays to you all.

    Hi Pariseau,

That's what I do, there are probably other ways.

    (1) in the Photos, click on the image to select it, click the 'invisible' box below and type a recognizable title:

    (2) press ENTER, leave the selected image and pull down the file menu:

    (3) choose export > export then 1 Photo... (or to the Unmodified Original export... If you have changed the original and that you want to export an unedited version.)

    You will get this window:

You can switch between different file formats, but by selecting a JPEG quality and size will give you the biggest and least file compressed.

Under file naming, choose use title so that your exported file will have the name you gave it in step 1. Click Export.

    (4) you will then get a dialog box that allows you to choose the folder in which you want to export to, but crucially (and wrongly IMHO) does not allow you to name the file at this stage:

But you are good to go because you gave the image of a title in step 1, then choose a folder (office here) and go ahead and click Export.

This is where your photo will end up, and it should be the same size as the original:

Hope this helps, happy holidays to you too.

  • zBook 14: zBook 14 support of resolution 4096 x 2160

Hello. I have a zBook 14 running Windows 8.1 Enterprise, 16 GB Ram, 64-bit, with switchable graphics (Intel HD Graphics 5500 and AMD over-pants M4150).  I am interested in Purchasing and hang this laptop to a mointor with the real resolution of 4096 x 2160 of 4K.

In the document HP QuickSpecs for my machine, it says the following.

DisplayPort w/STD (Transport multi-flow) Supports resolutions up to QFHD 3840 x 2160, depth of color 24 bits/30 to 60 Hz and WUXGA (1920 x 1200) monitors, with the color depth 24/30 bit upward to 120 Hz.

    http://WWW8.HP.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?DocName=4AA5-3655ENUC

That would lead me to believe that it is not able to drive 4096 x 2160, but from what I understand that the resolution is possible on DisplayPort with the Intel Graphics HD 5500. Fact the documentation mentions not up to 4096 x 2160 resolution, because it was not available at time of writing instructors or my zBook really will not support this resolution or if it will work through the DisplayPort (in the laptop and through the docking station)?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

    Hello

According to the characteristics of the device, the display port supports a max resolution of 3840 x 2160 via DisplayPort w/STD (multi-stream Transport).

You can connect a monitor with a resolution of 4096 x 2160 true 4K, but with the card video in unity, the resolution you will get is 3840 x 2160.

You need to update the graphics card and install a video card that support 4K resolution for 4K monitor get resolution 4096 x 2160.

  • U2913WM monitor is not displayed in full resolution

I just bought a U2913WM monitor. I have a HP Envy 700-050 computer with 1-port DVI - D DVI port and 1 - I have the port. I checked with Intel to see if my advice on graphics Intel HD 4000 would deal with the monitor. It can, but I'm onlt get resolution of 1920 X 1080. I called Dell and they don't have a clue and told me to call Microsoft. Or they won't help me. I paid a lot of money for this monitor and want to work without having to buy a new graphics card. I also plugged on another computer that has a high end graphics card and it pulled the full resolution. So I know that the monitor is good. I tried with a DVI - D to HDMI cable and it has yet to get the full resolution.

Can someone help me with this problem?

We know that U2913WM DVI - D port 2560 x 1080 60 Hz. looking at the back of the HP Envy computer 700-050, you should connect to the bottom port DVI - D, DVI not top-fitting =

Your installation must be this =

    HP Envy 700-050 out--> U2913WM, DVI - D cable DVI - D to DVI - D - U2913WM DVI - D, in the port

By using this configuration, if the Embedded Intel HD 4000 could lead 2560 x 1080, it would work. But it's not. This means that cannot the onboard Intel HD 4000 or its driver cannot do. The first thing to check so if you have the latest video driver Intel HD 4000 GPU installed.

Run this easy to use Intel Driver Update Utility and it will automatically tell you if you need to update your Intel drivers and if so, you will be prompted to install. Once installed, click on start - Intel driver update utility - Intel Driver Update Utility 2.0. Then click on 'Auto detect... '. ».

If you already have the latest video driver Intel HD 4000 GPU installed, your only recourse is to add a PCIe x 16 discrete video card that can run with the 300w power computers.

Original title: CyberLink YouCam is a piece of JUNK! Someone help!

I tried to ask this question and an answer, I had not helped. The first thing that happened was: I am trying to run YouCam on one of my friends computer. It worked before, I have no idea what they were doing to what I wasn't here. The error is said when I try to open it is "Cyberlink YouCam does not support this resolution under your current settings." I tried to change the resolution in the option customize when I right-click. There are currently on the highest resolution. I tried to lower the resolution a bit, but the same error message appears. When I troubleshoot the program, it doesn't tell me how to solve this problem. When I run the troubleshooting and I click on 'Try recommended settings', it is said that the sound running Windows XP service pack 2, but the sticker on the computer Windows 7. Its a HP computer. When I run the diagnostic tests in troubleshooting, error, said YouCam program isn't an option to select. I tried updates installed in the program and that did not work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, and that didn't work. I have re-uploaded CyberLink YouCam 3.5 on the site and it does not work. The new error that appears is "Cyberlink Youcam do not support a screen resolution less than 640 x 490 with 96 DPI". The resolution of the screen is 1366 x 678 (recommended setting). In addition, when I put the program in safe mode, the program will start, BUT an error pops up saying that it can not locate the device. • Windows 7 Home Premium does not start and an external monitor connected via DVI to HDMI Cable

I have a Dell Inspiron 531 desktop computer with a NVIDEA GeForce 8400 GS video card.  This video card has the following outputs: DVI, VGA and S-video.  When I connect it to my computer via the VGA port to PC to my Sony Bravia KDL-40XBR4 monitor port, the machine starts perfectly.  If I connect via a HDMI cable to one of the HDMI monitor DVI ports, the screen displays the video BIOS, but turns black when the operating system begins to load.  If I connect another monitor to the VGA port, yet once the machine boots fine, but if I connect the monitor to the computer and the Sony Bravia, once again the machine does not start.  The strange thing is that if I boot with only the connected computer screen and then plug the DVI to HDMI cable, then Windows 7 sees the Sony Bravia monitor very well, and I can extend the desktop.  If the machine mode 'sleep', both monitors work very well to wake up the PC.  So, if the Sony Bravia is connected alone or with the computer screen, the machine does not start (the screen will display 'go black' when the OS starts to load.)  I tried to run Windows in Mode safe, but he won't either.  I have all the updates of Windows applied and have installed the latest drivers from nVidea so.

    Hey Chris,

First of all, about climbing, is not a technical support; This is a community forum where MS moderator and contributors are involved.  Now to your question ~

It's very strange that the PC does not start when this unit is connected, but works fine when connected after the fact.  I've seen several cases where a hardware configuration of uinsusal will prevent a PC to boot.  I think that the culprit may be DVI to HDMI Cable that you are using.  If I were you, I try to connect the PC to a DVI monitor and see if it boots normally.  Also, see if the monitor can prevent another PC to start when it is connected directly via the HDMI.

Good luck! Let us know how it turns out.

  • How to force the download of photos full resolution on iOS?

I get conflicting information on what the iCloud iOS Photos ' setting 'Download and keep the originals' does. " It doesn't seem to download original versions of my pictures of my iCloud library.

I want to force all photos at full resolution in my library iCloud of Photos to download for my iPad so I can view them offline. I put "Download and keep the originals", but only thumbnails low resolution are on the device. If I click on the photo when you are connected to the Internet, it downloads pictures full resolution.

I try this on an iPad Pro with 256 GB of storage. My photo library takes about 70 GB on my Mac (~ 9 000 pictures) and I have 150 GB free on the iPad.

    Thank you

What is the size of your library on iCloud?

If you had previously optimized enabled, your iPad has now communicate with iCloud for each image and reinstall the version with the full version.

This can take days depending on the size of your library.

  • Scanners supported in Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7

I have a HP Scanjet 5370c running on my desktop PC with Windows XP and am planning to upgrade to Windows 7 by releasing.  However, when the software running Microsoft Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor Beta to determine the compatibility of the system, the report indicates that the 5370 Scanjet is not compatible with Windows 7.  Further investigation on the HP Web site titled "Supported in Microsoft Windows Vista Scanners" page, it seems that my scanner is not supported on Vista either.  Does this mean that my scanner which works great under XP has been made obsolete due to lack of a driver which runs under Vista or Windows 7?  I like the Scanjet 5370c better than most scanners newest I've seen, it seems a shame to throw the right equipment for lack of support drivers.

I understand your point of view, and it's a good thing.  BUT it can cost the sale of new scanners.

The Scanjet 400, for example, was a very popular scanner.  Do not update for Vista, HP turned its back to a large number of its customers.

When I buy a scanner to work with Windows 7, guess what?  Because of the behavior of HP, I'll be that much less likely to buy a HP one.

I'm probably not the only one to see things this way.

  • Tecra R940 - 1 H does support external resolution 2560 x 1440

    Hello

    I use a laptop TECRA R940-1HP
I want to buy professional instructor Phillip 272P4QPJKEB/00, with a resolution of 2560 x 1440.
    Please write to me.

My laptop can support such a resolution?

Support of external resolution depends on the graphics card that is built into the laptop.

As I know the Tecra R940-1HP supports the chip Intel HD Graphics 4000.

To my knowledge, this chip Intel HD 4000 supports max resolution of 2560 x 1600/32 bit via Display Port.

I guess more details on Intel's own graphic chip found on the Intel page.
