b570 Lenovo wireless internet not working after repair

I had my computer sent it would not be on they replaced the motherboard bios and ram, I think it says, anyway, the internet will not connect it keeps saying turn the switch on the front of the computer is on and the logo appears on screen showing im it turn on and off. the internet will be works if I connect wired but not wiredless and when I troubleshoot it says activate wireless but it is activated! If I go in the setting of the adapter and I try to click on enable it does not connect. It worked very well ebfore I sent out they change this or something?

I found a solution I clicked on fn and f5 together and he let me enable it! I don't know why this option is hidden and unknown like that but now I got it to work

  • Satellite Pro 6100 Wireless does not work after restoring from HARD drive

After that restore disks for installing a new HD and use and to update XP sp2, the Wireless does not work and if the card is installed XP hangs then works in fits and starts. If the card not in place, not bad at all.

Booting from a Linux CD, the card works perfectly! I assume that the driver is the problem. The wireless card is the original, an Agere MPC13A-20/R, with Toshiba p/n PA317U-1MPC.

I have found some drivers Agere, but am not sure

    (1) if they are correct
    (2) how to install since the machine works in a way limited with the card in place.

    Any advice?

    Hello

I checked the page of the pilot and the only available for Windows XP WLan driver is the driver of v.1.11.108 Agere.

    (1) just try to install this driver. If the driver is not correct or is not compatible, then windows will not install the driver and you will receive a notification. You just have to try

    (2) generally you may reinstall the driver from the Device Manager. Open network controller tree, and then you can reinstall the driver.

But this is only possible if the windows started successfully

PS: Have you checked the information of Microsoft Windows XP SP2 update on the page of the Toshiba driver.
I discovered that you need to update several utilities if you have installed SP2 on this laptop.

    HP laptop Pavilion 15 PC - product number: F4T58EA #ABU - 10 family 64-bit Windows

    Hi all

I have recently upgraded to windows 10 and had not had any problems until one evening internet dropped out. After a while I realized the wifi adapter did not work. I tried to update the driver, nothing helps. The unit displays under working properly in Device Manager but does not appear in the network connection settings.

I tried a system restore point that solved the problem but then Windows 10 updates (updated critical around 23 September 15) and wifi no longer works again. I noticed there was recently a couple of new updates of the driver (sp72517), but these have not solved the problem.

I can still connect to the Internet using a LAN cable, but need help need help I can't easily use a LAN due to the location of routers. I've updated the Hp Wizard and I tried troubleshooting etc but still no joy.

The elbow of any help would be appreciated gratefully.

    Thanks TT

    Hi all

I managed to find a solution to this problem online, don't know how or why it worked, but it solved my problem and I hope that it might help others.

I uninstalled and deleted the files from the wireless driver, then uninstalled Kaperskey and restarted my laptop. Then I went into Device Manager and manually updated the network drivers (think I might have restarted again here) and sucsess hey presto, all that remained to do was to reinstall kaperskey.

Hope this helps someone else with a problem with wifi Realtek Pavilion.

  • Smartphones blackBerry 9360 - internet not working after software update

    All, morning

My 9360 updated to the last OS bundle (update of low priority, but I thought I'd run it in any case) and now the internet does not work - facebook and Twitter will not let me open a session by saying that my data plan does not support the application, BBM does not work and emails are is more in sync with my gmail Inbox.

I'm on a monthly contract to pay with Virgin UK.

    Any advice?

    Thank you!

Hello and welcome to the community!

After an update as well as if things get wobbly, I always offer the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) Service reference books

    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

    Good luck!

  • S10e (4187XB5) Wireless does not work after a few seconds

The wireless thinks that it is connected. It connects to the home (or office) wireless without penalty, acquires the valid IP address, etc., but behaves as if not connected after a few seconds.

    I tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the NIC via Device Manager (after that, I can browse the web for a few seconds, then nothing will load again)

Install all updates on the system (there is no significant updates pending)

Update the driver for the Broadcom network adapter

Returning to the previous driver for the Broadcom network adapter

    Update the BIOS.

The firewall is disabled. Ethernet works without problems, but it is not practical to use the netbook on ethernet.

    Assistance would be appreciated.
