Back of the iphone 6 pitted

I bought the iphone 6 in November 2014, and it was in a case of Snugg since. I have noticed lately that there seems to be three lines on the screen, apparently caused by the pressure of the case. Taking the phone from the Holster, I discovered that the rear of the phone is badly stung apparently caused by dust in the case. Anyone else know similar problems?

I saw the same problem on several iPhones. The last case, I bought even suggested taking the iPhone from the case regularly to remove dust from the case and on the phone.

ANATEL is a special agency to the Brazil that certifies cellular devices launched in the Brazil. In other words, you have a gray-market phone that was originally released in the Brazil and is now sold in Dubai. It is not recommended to use grey market phones, because you do not know its history, and the Apple warranty applies to the country in which the device has been sold. Apple support will not honor the warranty in Dubai. You will need to take the phone to the Brazil or send the phone to someone in Brazil to be considered for support. I return the unit and find an authorized retailer to buy an iPhone from:

  • How can I give driver back to the Iphone?

    Hello!

I have NO idea how in the world it happened! I used to be able to plug in my IPhone and it would jump to the top of my ITunes. I pulled up to my ITunes and plugged in my phone. After waiting 5 minutes, ITunes would not read my phone. Then I looked at my devices and printers, and my phone popped up saying it was unknown (which he has never done before). So I have troubleshooted and he said the problem was that my "Base system device is not a driver. I have enough course that I have not changed the settings, so what do I do to give the driver for my phone "back"?

  • Points to the back of the iPhone 6

I bought the phone with a good quality cover that I used immediately and never deleted. After 6 months, I noticed that the back of the phone case seems full of points.

  • Often impossible to read the messages on the iPhone 6

    I have an iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 6 (13F69) - scrupulously maintained!

When voice messages are recorded, often - but not always - the message is unable to play. I could wait to touch the triangle pointing to the right, immediately to hear the recording. Instead, the two vertical bars appear briefly, followed by refresh the triangle pointing to the right. No message not read.

I tried (1) exchange of the application of the phone upward and outward, (2) restart the phone and (3) [1] followed [2]. No luck.

Very frustrating. I've seen other posts on this subject, which goes back to the iPhone 4S days, with none of the clues that seem to help. This is a persistent problem, or does have a suggestion?

Try a forced reboot: hold down the House and on the buttons until the unit turns off. Ignore the cursor off if it appears. Once completed, if it does not start on it own, turn off power with the key On. In some cases, it also contributes to double click the Home button and close all applications before restarting.

  • Songs are not playable on the Iphone after itunes syncing

    Hello

I have a big problem, I synced my iPhone 6 with iTunes on my PC Windows 8.1 (both have the most recent version of the software installed), but now, nearly half of my songs are included on the Iphone but gray and cannot be played with itunes there is no problem playing them.

Not all the songs are bought on itunes, that some are other portals of the time download before I used iTunes and some are CD. Until I synced the majority of my songs worked perfectly fine now with about 50 songs playlist can play around half of the songs is not available... If I click on it I get two different messages:

seriously what is that, I do not use Apple, iCloud or game music and that you don't want to listen, I want to just my music files on my computer to be synced my Iphone so I can listen to.

These are my settings on the iPhone:

What I did yesterday was to remove all music from my iPhone via iPhone options, after I made a link to my PC and sync the iphone without music, then I restarted the iPhone by holding down the home button and lock until she has been reset, after it restarts I have once again it connected to PC and sync all my music (so I thought) back to the iPhone , but after this process even more music was missing, before I had only a few songs don't sync, but now half of the songs is not playable.

Can someone tell me what is the reason for this and how do I solve it, I want to listen to my music and I don't understand why it does not work, where some dreams perfectly worked well yesterday.

The following steps should resolve things:

    1. Backup of your device.
    2. Restoration as a new device/factory.
    3. Restore the backup that you made earlier.

  • Back up and restore the iPhone of my mother

Hello.  My mother just got his iPhone Unlocked, but it must be backed up and then restored as a new device and then restored again from a backup.  It has its own Apple ID, but does not have a computer.  If I connect the iPhone to my iMac, my iTunes opens, but it is based on my username.  How can I do this using his user ID?  If I can't then what should I do?  Please let me know this afternoon, if you can.  Thank you.  Jerry Ritt

Backup the device the same as you would yourself. iTunes will take care of everything for you. I use my iMac to back up my devices to families who use four different ID of Apple and iTunes keeps everything separated and organized. Note that if you intend to restore the device from backup, it must transfer purchases to the Mac if your mother has applications that you do not on Mac. Alternatively, you can use iCloud on his device to create the backup, and then use iTunes on Mac to restore the device to unlock, and then restore the backup to iCloud. In this way your data of mothers never get on your Mac.

  • The sim tray on an iphone 5 c may be at the back of the phone? Certainly not in tray on the RIGHT side.

My iphone 5 doesn't have the sim tray on the RIGHT side. I couldn't mount the sim card technology. The sim tray would have access to the back of the phone? At the present time, that the rear is masked by a stick on the cover, which will be difficult to remove, the phone should be repaired and I need to remove the sim card.

If there is a SIM card, then he found only on the RIGHT side.

  • iPhone 6 Plus with IOS9 impossible to restore back to the top with iTunes on Windows Vista 12.1.2. 5 years of data lost?

    Hi guys

I was really grateful for any help on this, I am really at my wits end.

So my iPhone 6 more than 128 GB camera packed a few days ago. I made an appointment to repair/replace the Genius Bar and prior to the appointment back up everything on my phone to itunes on my Windows Vista laptop. All 100 + GB of it. I will mention at this stage, nothing has been saved to icloud (silly me!)

Apple is good enough to replace my iPhone as it was still under warranty. I plugged my new iPhone forward to my laptop to restore to the last backup, in order to receive a message in order to synchronize with the iPhone I have to update iTunes to the latest version. No problem, I thought. I checked for the last download iTunes to receive a message that iTunes is up to date... At this point, I started to panic. So I tried to download the latest version of iTunes from Apple website only to be told that iTunes 12.3 works only with Windows 7 or later... AAAHHHHHHH!

I literally my life on this phone. 5 years worth of data just gone. I can't downgrade the IOS on the phone, and I can't update iTunes on my laptop.

Is there any fine people out there with a solution to this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Mark

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the minimum requirement is Windows 7 and iTunes 12.3.3...

  • used to synchronize iPhone to 9.3.1 asks only to the restoration of the back to the top

I recently bought the iphone is. came with ios 9.3. When it is connected to itunes, it will only display to restore to save or set as new iphone. I already saved before swapping of iphones, I saved it anyway. but still the same problem. I have updated to ios 9.3.1. and still has a problem. iTunes is to its latest version. anyone else having this problem?

    Hi not Tavo,.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new iPhone SE!  I understand that you are having problems syncing your new iPhone with iTunes on your PC.  When you supported your old iPhone originally, you do it via iCloud or iTunes?   I suggest you set up your new iPhone, updated to iOS 9.3.1 and then synchronize with iTunes.  When you enable iCloud on your new iPhone, you'll be able to see your contacts, calendars, etc.   I would add a few resources below for you:

How to clear your iOS device and then set up as a new device or restore from backups

    Erase your device

Erase content and settings will remove all data from your device, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and nothing else. All device settings are restored to their factory condition.

To remove all settings and information from your device, tap Settings > general > reset > erase all content and settings.

Set up your device as a new device

After your device is cleared, you should see the following screen:

Follow the steps to complete the installation wizard. When you are prompted, select "set up as new iPhone." Then tap Next.

Ignore the Apple sign-in ID, in which case the initial problem was related to any of your content in iCloud.

After setting up as new, you will need to enter your password for Visual Voicemail for iPhone (on the carriers that support Visual voice mail). If you have forgotten your password, contact your carrier to help you reset it.

After erasing and setting up as a new device, your device is now in a factory setting. Try again what you were trying when you first found the question to determine if erasing and setting up a new device solves the problem. Contents of the device could have caused the unexpected behavior.

    • If the problem persists, you can contact the Support technique Apple.
    • If the problem is resolved, a type of synchronization of content both on the device. For example, if you had a problem reading music, add songs to iTunes and confirm that they will play. If your contacts have not been loaded successfully, you can add contacts to the rear. After each sync, test to see if the problem is back.

Sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iTunes via USB

    Take care
