Backlit keyboard for Smartphones blackBerry always on option.

Hey, I got the curve 3G and im trying to find an option to have the constantly lit keyboard and I havnt yet come through it. im sure that im on OS 5, so if it is available on 6 let me know if I can update. Thank you.

This is not an option on OS 5 or 6. There is only one parameter to allow both before he sinks.

It comes to keeping your battery to drain.

If you want a third-party application to do this, see BBLight.

  • Backlit keyboard for Vostro 3550 'Always On' option

How do you keep your keyboard backlit, lit permanently on a Vostro 3550? The Fn + F6 touch only cycles between off, less bright and shiny options but both dark and light, both turns off after about 2 minutes, when you need to see the keys the most. Not a very bright technical decision.

I use a USB mouse and touchpad. If you are constantly using a touchpad that does not become a problem.

I searched this forum and the internet more off but can't find anything about it - I hope I can find help here.

    Thank you

    szlachta,

Start, Control Panel, Windows Mobility Center. Click on the blue square next to the brightness of the keyboard. You should then see...

Change the settings to your needs. Save and exit.

  • Keyboard for Smartphones blackBerry with three languages + other question

Hello, question about the keyboard. I've used for several years, both physical KB (z30) virtual bb10 KB (passport - best physics kb). Something that both got kb was very well the ability to write in several languages at the same time, in the sentence, and the Ko magically would correctly identify what language I was using and could give me any suggestions according to this and more important still, if one has been written in English but then type something in my second or third language , will not auto correct. Now, I have a private and I have these two questions:
    1. - I can not type in several languages at the same time without changing the language first. I put the three I use most, but all the suggestions and auto correct options are in the main language only. I'm surprised because this has been well implemented with bb10 and yet a BlackBerry smartphone. Any suggestion?
2 - for some reason, in mid sentence, a word would have the first capital letter, just the option in the space bar is the same word I wrote, but with a capital letter. Boring.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't know you posted a suggestion... I had put everything in settings multilingual, but did not work. However apparently, in android, there's the thing that I found in another forum so let me add here... I followed these instructions step by step and now I have a kb truly multilingual, with automatic detection... some steps I've done it before with no luck but to do all in sequence... If you previously installed the multilanguage, delete it and start from scratch:

    1. install and activate the BlackBerry keyboard
    * Go to the language and entry
    * Go to "default keyboard / current keyboard", press "configure the inputs.
method' and activate the BlackBerry keyboard
    * Select BlackBerry keyboard as default keyboard

    2 configure the keyboard
    * Under the keyboard and input methods, tap on the BlackBerry keyboard
    * Press on multilingual keyboard
    * Choose your main language (which is in German) and the secondary
    language (IE. US English)
    * Press on save at the top right and click on "activate now".
    * You will now see a dialog language. Disable 'language use of the system '.

AND NOW COMES THE BIG THING:
    * In the language list that is displayed, you will notice that your
main language is listed TWICE (in my case GERMAN and just below a
second GERMAN. Select the SECOND ENTRY and DO NOT select your
language school (in my case English of the United States) in the list.
    * Press return to save the configuration

  • Keyboard for Smartphones blackBerry "highlight" in the process of disappearance.

I had this problem. When I use the keyboard, the blue "highlight" when selecting what letter I want to type light for a split second, then either disappears as I'm not touching it, or it will show something completely different, the path through the keyboard. • Keyboard for Smartphones blackBerry problems

Hello! I am quite new to Blackberry phones, but have considered buying some time. The storm is the first.

The phone arrived in the mail today, and in the first place, I was impressed! Until the keyboard crashed. I'm out of the list of Contacts, I just edit via the back button when the phone froze momentarily. When it thawed (lol) it came with an error message that I unfortunately didn't copy down. Essentially, he says the app keyboard had stopped responding and ended. Being a user of Microsoft, I don't think much and off and then turned back on the phone. But that solves nothing. I tried all of the obvious solutions, such as the button show keyboard.

I am currently on hold with Verizon technical support and expect to be there a while. Any help would be appreciated!

    Good deal!

Take a second to solve the message, OK?

    Thank you

However, what I can disable backlit mouse (that I can turn on and off by pressing fn and pressing the space bar) and if it plugs into a compatible port, plug the new backlit keyboard into the mouse port?

Or if this is not possible, is there backlit interchangeable "capable" motherboards that might work?

  • can I have a backlit keyboard for hp pavilion dv6-3049TX?

Hello all, currently I'm on HP pavilion dv6-3049TX and I use this laptop for multiple purposes, like office work. I live in Nagpur, India.

I still wish there's backlit keyboard with this model as apple MacBook had. because this thing is necessary during the nights when you have so much work to do and at the same time that you do not want to disturb your roommate who sleeps.

SO I searched a lot on the internet and then I found some articles that my laptop supports the backlit keyboard. BUT those who were on eBay and sold. then I found this article "http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Other-Notebook-PC-Questions/Replace-standard-keyboard-with-a-backlit-ke... ". the official site of hp. But right now, I find Maintenance and Service of Guide. I went through it, I also found "keyboard with backlight (including the cables of the keyboard and the keyboard light cable):" BUT I could not find "intended to" of INDIA. So please help me to get an available backlit keyboard here.

Looking at the site HP parts Surfer does not list a keyboard backlit option in the purchasable framework.

I also looked through the specifications. It does not list the backlit keyboards as an option here, but he isn't one of those enrolled in particular for the India.

I suggest to contact the HP Support in your country and see if they can help you locate the part. You can find information to contact for your country by going to the Site of Support of HP.

  • Backlit keyboard for my laptop.

I recently bought a HP laptop and I was wondering if I could pass the keyboard by purchasing a backlit keyboard. I just want to know if the backlit keyboard would work with my laptop because I read that it is not compatible with any laptop.

Also, I would be able to buy and install a wifi with blutooth card, or my laptop is not able to use it?

    HP Pavilion Dv4-2165dx

    Hello

The first manual/guide on the following link tells you two things:

a montherboards for the series do not have a place for you to plug in a backlit keyboard. You need lights for the keyboard, not you? That's the average, you will need to buy a motherboard also.

    (b) a list of wireless cards compatible with BT (page 1-3). My suggestion, buy a BT - USB dongle for little money can solve the problem one avoid a lot of headaches.

    Thank you!

    Hello EmerNabey

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if I understand correctly you are looking to install a backlit keyboard on your HP Pavilion laptop g4 1215dx computer. Unfortunately, according to HP G4 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide there is no backlit keyboard available for your laptop. You will normally find your part number for the backlit keyboard located under the keyboard (in this case at page 21) section, and none is listed for your product.

The good news is that you have now a response and any other upgrade guide that you want to do.
