Backup of documents signed

Hi all

I'm looking for a backup echosign solution. We need to have a redundant backup process for all the critical information.

To do this, we must create a copy of the signed documents to an external server.

I checked it has an API but it is only available for the option of the company, but we are a small company and we don't enter into this part. How we can implement a backup process? The process would be:

-process to capture all current documents in bulk.

-daily new documents of backup process...

If you do not want to go to a business account, as a work around you can create a backup for different documents signed in an e-mail account or the account in the box.

Sign in to your Adobe account sign, go to page external account-> Account Settings-> Archive.

    You mention iPhoto, which means that you may have about the backup of a Mac. iCloud does not back up your Mac, you must use Time Machine (or other backup software) and an external hard drive.

  • Captivate and Docu-Sign?

    I create a course in 8 Captivate that requires each employee to sign and submit a certificate of course after successfully completing the course (must pass the end of course test).  Current process is to print, sign, scan and certificate signed by e-mail to the persons concerned by the employee.

    We used some docu sign with PDF documents and forms of human resources.  Nobody knows (1) is it possible to use the docu-sign for electronic signatures in Captivate certificates; and (2) If Yes, how?

    We have not (is not in the immediate future to have) a LMS System.  We develop a SharePoint corporate intranet from which employees will have access to the course.  I work with the it Department to implement the display of the results of the quiz on the internal server (SharePoint).  If Captivate can "capture" an electronic signature on the certificate; We hope to work somehow in including that in an e-mail to the server.

    Allen is correct.  I was able to use a web object in Captivate to incorporate eSign and then a user would be able to put their e-mail address and sign the document that would then send the signed copy.  I have not tested with DocuSIgn but I guess as long as you can create a link to a DocuSign document must be signed and it allows the user to upgrade their e-mail address and the sign that it would work the same way.

    When I sign a document in dc is no longer renames the file "document - signed" as it did in x 1, I missed something?

    CD player will not add suffix signature to the document, you must rename the file.

  • When sending a document signed through my associate email, when the draft e-mail is generated by adobe, once opened it States project does not exist.

    I try to send a document signed through my gmail account bound. When I click on send and follow the link, a project is built. However, when it automatically opens my gmail account, gmail screen indicates there is no such thing as conversation. How can I get the document of the cloud of document adobe to actually a link to an e-mail?

    Open the DC drive, navigate to the Edit menu. Preferences-> categories of e-mail accounts, now delete your Gmail account & add it again.

    Reproduce the problem, let me know if it works.

    From now on, it is not possible to directly save the document signed directly in the section Archives EchoSign account. Certainly, I have taken this as a feature request and pass on to our developers for their consideration.

    There is an option in iOS EchoSign app passes the device to the signer. There is no no authentication of the identity of the signer, confirmation only as "I am a signatory." My question is whether the document signed in this way is legal binding? Why?

    The signer uses always the same process as regular singing through Echosign. Signature always consist of the email address that is entered before signature and data, and the time to sing and if using the ipad as the geotag if permitted.

    From now on, it is not possible to record manually in EchoSign.They e-mail addresses are automatically stored once you send the document for signature. Later, when you start to type the email address in the field to send this page, the address automatically start.

    I'm trying to configure my Esign so that an audit report is automatically fixed at the end of each signed document once all parties have signed the document. Is there a way to do this?

    By default, the audit report is attached to the signed document that is sent as an attachment in E-mail. You can also disable or enable the setting by going to the tab account-> account setting-> General setting (as long as you have Adobe DC Premium account).

    You will find the document signed in the category of "Signed" on your Adobe sign account management page.

    You can also locate the copy completed and signed the document of your email account, because once the document is signed a copy of the signed document is thin on the enamel.
