  Hello world.  I have a moment where I perform calculations at each iteration of the loop and display on the front panel.  Then, in a loop iteration randomly (referred to here as I = 9 to test) it fires an event where that performs calculations on x number of iterations (iterations of the outer loop while) the result of external calculations, while performing at the same time and the view from the outside so that the calculations of the loop.  Is that two mathematics algorithms are synchronized in iterations.  After x iteration the program returns then to only calculate and display the while loop calculations using the value from the shift register, updated until another event is triggered (I do not show an another event trigger in the code example) I can just find a way to trigger an event , and at the same time to make two calculations with the same loop iterations.  Any suggestions?

  The VI of the sample in the previous post of crossrulz should provide the functionality you are looking for. The while loop acts to go through ten operations you want to perform and records time difference will allow him to record these values, as you understand. When I click on the Exit button when a simulating nothing happens until I press the button to exit the inner loop.

  After running a few tests using the blue Access IBM button and PC Doctor 2.0 running, memory tests have shown the following results:

  Fast memory - all sockets - failed

  Fast memory - Support 1 - spent

  Fast memory - take 2 - failed

  This seems to indicate that one of the two memory is faulty. This hypothesis is correct?

  If so, what should be the next step? My laptop is out of warranty. I should bring it to a repair shop, or could I order the replacement and install it myself easily?

  I am not versed in repairs to equipment and feel a bit discouraged to start to mess with storage media...

  It is probably a faulty stick of RAM in the second location rather than the power socket. Best bet is to remove the module RAM then see how it goes.

  In case the 'stop, change the value' I use in the main VI and a 'real' constant instead of Boolean control of wire structure. While the loops are not connected. The table that I use in my exisiting VI (another while loop) is indexed and unbundled to be used here.

• Structure of the event inside while loop

  I'm still fairly new to Labview and this may seem a simple question.  I'm doing a Subvi to display, edit, and create configuration files.  I use a ListBox to list all sections of a config file and structure of the event to update the values in each section, when they are clicked.  The problem is that the structure of the event seems to be a break the while loop so that the buttons do not work until the event has executed.  What I would like is the while loop to run continuously and the event to run only when I click in the listbox control.  I hope this makes sense.  There is a peak in the diagram below.   There are a number of issues with your code that could cause problems:

  1. You must use the FP. Open method to open the front panel of a VI and of the public Service. Close method to close. I don't remember exactly the problem, but starting with the 7 worm nor indicated that these methods were the preferred way to perform these tasks.
  2. Based on what seems to be the code, the event for the control of Presets of wood should be a change the value - not a mouse down event. After changing the type of event, use the event data NewVal to drive the indexer table index entry.
  3. The buttons Ok and cancel them should be handled in their own events to change the value. The value change event Cancel would exit the loop, while passing the output error (which indicates that cancel was pressed) and default values for the other 4 outputs. The change of the value Ok event would leave the loop by passing the values that the operator had concluded the 4 controls on the front panel.
  4. An event of timeout with a very short time (1 msec) would stop loop if an error has occurred, or the output of the gate AND is set to true.
  5. The wait function is not necessary, as is the case outside the loop structure.

  I have a little problem in a test program, that I'm working on. I'll try to simplify as much as possible. I have a cluster control that contains two controls A and B. I want to:

  2. allow the user to change the value of the B control through the face, while the loop is running

  Then they do not belong in the same cluster.  They are disconnected obviously enough that they do not go hand in hand.

  Where it can get really complicated, it is that you're talking about the user and code changing the same cluster.  It is very dangerous and very difficult to manage.  You might be able to get there with a driving force.  But walk slightly, my friend.
