BB 8310 blackBerry smartphones... do not load...

Hi all. I would ask for help on my BB 8310 smartphone unit. It does not load. Then, I went to the store where I bought it (I bought my phone last month) and he told me that I should register my unit online first before Exchange/repair it. I should go to blackberry.com and save my phone there. BUT so far, I'm not and I don't know what to do. Thank you.

If the unit fails within the warranty period, then it should be replaced by the seller. In this case, it is not mandatory that if you register yourself with BlackBerry or not.

    Hello davideastwood

    Please try this:

On your home screen, open your browser > press the Menu key > Options > scroll down to clear browsing data (mark all fields) and then click clean now.

Once it's done perform a battery pull reboot by removing the battery while your unit is powered on wait a minimum then reinsert back. After restarting your browser try again and if it loads web pages.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones could not load web pages

I had my blackberry for about 3 months and until recently, I was able to load and view web pages without any problems.   Now, after I have enter a Web page address and press return, I get a white screen with "Loading."... "on the bottom, and it stays like that without progessing.

I get that I'm at home with wireless homehub or elsewhere.

I think the problem started when I tried to access windows live messenger, so I don't know if this is the cause.  Can I have tried java activation for the site, and yet I do not know if this contributed to the problem.  I have restored the original settings to try to solve the problem, but this hasn't made all the difference.

My phone also displays the letters UMA near the signal indicator.  I don't know what it means and whether it can explain the problem.

I'm not particularly HE instructs, for if someone think that they know what could be the problem. and can explain it in a simple way that would be very useful.

Perhaps your service book for the browser has become corrupted.

    Follow these steps:

    1. options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register.

2 send your service from your carrier's BIS site books.
    Of your handheld: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402
    Your desktop PC: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830

    3. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart

If you still have problems, please after return.

UMA on your device (you are on Tmobile USA?) indicates you are enabled for UMA calling on your device.

«.. . This is currently believed to be a RIM bug related to the simple fact of having many classes that implement persistence on your device. • BlackBerry Bold 9000 Blackberry Smartphones - could not load any software and unable to use the phone

    Hello

I have a blackberry bold 9000 and has been updated from the last app on this subject yesterday. Due to the low battrey my laptop turns off until the software has been installed to prperly. I tried the following:

    (1) to take the battrey and turn on the phone and tried to load the software again but that doesn't seem to work because the software does not recognize my phone it says unknown device.

    (2) I tried to use the option of updating the Web site, but also, which doesn't seem to work

The display shows the following message appears when turned on.

    The application's permissions:

The driving security application tries to access the information from the phone. I can't move the trackball on the appropriate option.

Not really sure if there is a way to solve this problem.

Help will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    (1) make sure that you have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed.
    http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/services/desktop/
    (2) on your PC, go to start > run and copy and paste the following line exactly (i.e. with quotation marks):

    'c:\program files\common research in motion\apploader\loader.exe' /nojvm

    (3) the Application Loader Wizard will appear - click on "next".
    (4) in the ' connection: ' drop-down menu, you should see "USB - PIN: UNKNOWN". Click on the button "next".
    (5) you should see a list of applications ready to be installed for your Blackberry. Press Next and finish, and that you are well on your way to get your Blackberry to life.

Just unplug and let the process finish completely.

NOTE: If you do not display the list of applications mentioned in step 5 and instead to see the message "the Blackberry Desktop Software has no Blackberry Device Software for the device you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator', then you must download the Blackberry operating system for your support and your device.
    http://www.BlackBerryFAQ.com/index.php/BlackBerry_Operating_System_Downloads
Just select the appropriate type of carrier and network, select your Blackberry model from the list and download the latest version. Install this download and follow the steps above again and you should be on the right track.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not load maps / GPS work?

    Hello

Have a new 8310. Operating system is v4.5.0.37 platform 2.7.0.55I'm in Australia, currently with Telstra, but by train to change. Unfortunately I don't remember where I found the info, but somewhere on my phone, it lists 'maps' & poss. program number or such - not in the options or applications. It doesn't let me open tho.

When I visit the website & trying to download maps, he said it is downloaded successfully, but my fact computer noises as if USB is disconnected/reconnected and the phone goes Age with a blank screen & hourglass before going to the home screen, then it seems be cards anywhere on it?

I don't know how to get the job of GPS - I need the cards to make it work? All seems to be able to do is to click on "Refresh" in the menu & it comes back as 'analysis of the satellites... '. "but does nothing else.

Section GPS says; The GPS data source: device GPS GPS Services: location on GPS location: empty all the coordinates, nuber of satellites, etc. say 0 location caregiver: enabled.

On any Blackberry model, first make sure that you in a area of signal coverage is good AND outside with a clear view of the sky view in an open no skyscraper area.

For devices on GSM network, follow these steps:
Click Options > Advanced > GPS > Menu > refresh GPS.

  • Battery for blackBerry Smartphones does not load

When I load my bold 9900, the lightning bolt flashes for awhile, and then it stops and a symbol that resembles c 3 shows in the battery icon. I changed the battery but it's the same problem, pls help...

This happens usually when the battery is too hot. If the battery is not hot then you may have a problem with the charger. Try another charger, if possible. If this is not the charger, then it is possible there is a hardware problem with the device and I'd recommend getting a warranty Exchange.

  • BlackBerry smartphones could not load the internet settings

Do you have a data Plan BlackBerry enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You have to, to get the push RIM email functions you are looking for, as well as services of BlackBerry data such as the Web browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger and much more.

Then call your carrier and you learn about to have added to your account BlackBerry data Plan.

    Good luck.

HELP I use it for work and need, thank you

additional information: phone at & T, the latest version of OS (sorry don't know what it was)

Ok... I think you should probably wipe the device completely and load the OS and fresh, with nothing else.

You will need to use JL_Cmder or BBSAK to wipe the device and then load the operating system on the device. Follow the instructions here:

    http://www.BlackBerryFAQ.com/index.php/How_do_I_wipe_the_BlackBerry_using_Jl_Cmder%3F

Your "603" error can be "503". Whatever it is, you will need to do what is in the instructions from this link.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not connect BlackBerry Pearl 9105 for PC

    Hello world

    I have the following problem:

After using my BB Pearl 9105 for almost 3 years, I can not connect to PC more (I still menu with choice of 3 options on my smartphone when I connect, but when I click on that option "usb" or "charge", the menu appears again).

In addition, the PC does not recognize my smartphone as a usb device. Updated BlackBerry Desktop Software and the purchase of the new Micro-USB cable did not help.

    I can still load.

Could anyone suggest me how to solve this problem?

In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

Check also on the incompatible software... it was reported that NTI Shadow Ninja & software can cause a conflict; Remove and reinstall the desktop software BB allows to install correctly.

My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these. Also apologies if all are not currently available... RIM takes their monte and descends at will as they revise things.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones can not access Media card with BB Desktop or Media Sync 9700

The other day I received a Reburbed Bold 9700 update.

I use Ver 6 Deskstop OS and the 9700 is running device code latest version 5.

I have a Kingston 4 GB media card that I know is in place because the 9700 recognizes it and when I go to files and select the media card, I can see all the files on the card and when I take a picture it is written on the card so I know that memory is very good and he sees the 9700.

The problem I have is BB Deskstop or latest version of Media Sync to see so I can transfer files to and from my PC and the media card.

The error message that I receive on the two applications, it's that I have to turn on mass storage Mode.  When I look at my memory settings:

    Compression - enabled

Map of media Support - on

Mass Storage Mode Support - on

Auto enable mass storage Mode when connected - Yes

I formatted the card successfully on the BB.

I tried another card memory (2 GB) and also properly formatted as well.

I also tried another USB cable into another USB port.

I had a BB hard reset by pulling on the battery... several times.

I had another before Blackberrys and have never had a problem of access to the media card.  I would have thought that it is easier on the 9700.

I did search endlessly on the Web and saw other people with similar problems but many were so simple that the card is not seated properly and it also had the symptom that the BB is not recognizing the media card.  My BB recognize media cards and use them, but I can't access the card through my PC.  I understand that I may not see a pendrive pop up in Windows Explorer, but I can't understand why the BB Desktop or Media Sync cannot access.

I know that both of these applications communicate to the BB cause I get requests for passwords and the desktop, I can view all my applications and I used to update the device until the last OS level during the troubleshooting process.

I just wanted to see if anyone has experience this problem and has tips, if not I will contact AT & T or go into a local store to see if they can help.  I just think I'm missing something that I can take care off instead of my own.

    Thank you!

    Hello

Have you tried to connect the device on another computer?  If another computer to recognize the device, it may just be a case of bad USB drivers on your computer.

Here are some KB articles that may be able to help:

KB19717 - BlackBerry smartphone is not detected as a USB mass storage device when connected to a computer

KB10312 - impossible to display the map of support using the BlackBerry smartphone

You also need to remove the USB ports on your computer (using Device Manager), and then restart the computer to reload the correct drivers.

An alternative to this is to simply use a microSD card reader which allows you to use the microSD as a flash drive.

I hope that this info is another starting point for you!
