  Looks like the ID used to install the Regional service has administrator privileges.  To this point, it doesn't have "Write" access in the properties file.  You can open the properties file in a text editor to make this change, but I would definitely get the corrected user admin rights.

  This looks like what you see is a problem with the line endings.  The average line endings (line breaks) are stored in a text file varies depending on the operating system.  Notepad and a few other simple text editors, are able to process how Windows stores the line endings.  Most publishers, including the Edge Code can correctly understand the line endings of any platform (Windows style or style Mac/Linux).  What explains the difference in the display.

  If you want to convert a file from Linux/Mac line endings for the Windows line endings, there are various utility programs available that will allow you to do, such as unix2dos.  Or you can write a small script file to make your own utility.

  I used myString = myString & temp & return to generate the text with multiple lines. It appears properly in MS Word, write, but they are all together in a single line when opened with NotePad on Windows.

  I understand that you are unable to AirPlay from your Mac to your Apple TV.  Here are some troubleshooting steps that I recommend to go through this problem.

  Get help

  If you do not see the AirPlay icon , make sure that your Apple TV is awake and that it meets the system requirements.

  If you do not see your Apple TV in the AirPlay menu, make sure that your Mac and Apple TV comply with the system requirementsand your software from the Apple TV is updated. Also check your firewall settings:

  1. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, and then click the Firewall tab.
  2. Click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
  3. Click Firewall Options.
