I have worked with HTML5 audio and video in one of my stories and it worked until now, but it seems no longer works after that I updated the BB10 Dev Alpha to OS version 10.0.6.545. Someone else has experienced this problem so far?

I already thought about it. I needed to restart the device to make it work again. I'm reviewing the file system and if there is a video or even audio file, it should be played using the corresponding media HTML5 element. Seems the same question as for the NFC that fails at any time, and you cannot activate it (if left) or even turn it off (if performed).

I can't get the tag < audio > work with mp3s on my system (FF 24, Win 7 x 64). I tried wav files, those that work well. But whenever I try to play mp3 files, the html5 player flashes just for a few milliseconds and then disappears. So, is there a limitation of bitrate (or any other limitation) for html5 audio tag on mp3s? Here's a code example and one of the mp3 files I am using - http://dindo.wz.cz/jukebox.html .

You can try if you can move by installing the 'WindowsMedia Feature Pack"by testing if it works using the aurora of firefox version, because firefox 26 will DShow as another method to decode mp3 files. I have a few elements of html5 audio placed directly on the page markup.
I then start with js to play at certain times of the app.
In all other devices/browsers this works very well. In BB10 WebWorks, that it is not. It is a major obstacle for delivery on my project.

I tried your sample on the same device/software code and sound plays for me, so we'll see what that might be:
1. after triggering play(), hit the volume Up and Down keys, the dialog box is on-air should appear and display the name of the audio file, but also a play or pause button. If you see the pause button, it indicates that the audio file is reproduced. What do you see in the dialog box is on the air after play() is called?
2. If you copy the file to the device, you are able to play using the file manager/music apps?
3. is the local or remote file at the WebWorks app?
4. have you tried other audio files?
If you have a web server (xampp, wamp), try hosting the web page and pointing your browser to BlackBerry 10 page and the test.
The problems started when Firefox updated 13. tried to download the latest version of Flash 11.2.202.235. No change.
Video works sometimes on YouTube, not at all on most of the other sites.
Audio player not working do not at all. Not yet visible or Real Player downloads against playing within the application like Amazon.

On my WordPress site has MP3 audio files and uses a flashplayer to view and play music files. With flash player on, nothing appears, (Bank space where audio player would normally displayed)

Thank you. I uninstalled Flash 11.3 and installed the old version, 10.3. Everything works fine now. I don't know if it is a problem of Mozilla or Adobe, but it seems strange that either would such a problem of incompatibility to exist.
I don't update or download anything, so today, I can't see any video like youtube, vimeo, facebook even site. My flash player is installed and it is a job because I still can see the video in Internet Explorer only on Firefox it audio only not work, the video is all blank (black). When I restart my PC again the video can work just first video, then when I see another video site it's all black... (but its still working) can someone help me?

My sound worked very well with some speakers the other day, when suddenly it stopped working. The sounds again, but with sounds such as those where an error message is displayed is not default reading/game audio is not.

Captivate 8 - video integration problems. Video won't play Web server when published under the title of course HTML5 and video is selected to play in the same screen. Play video it works only in a new window. The problem is the customer's requested integrated video and it shows as an option in Captivate 8. In addition, the video screen is not at the same place on the screen, the image moves to the top of the browser window in Internet Explorer. Graphics problems appear ONLY in IE and Chrome for PC. We have updated browsers, installed all updates to Captivate 8 etc.
The issue seems to be with internet explore. The url is *.mp4, if IE browser opens Media player in a new window to read the files.
Workaround solution:
Instead of using the interaction of the Web object, you can use a Web object (objects-> Web) site in the menu object.
After insertion, select the code incorporated in the style of the real property section. (Screenshot below)
Encapsulate the url in an HTML video tag and use it as input.
But when I download the videos to my computer and you try to play with the DivX 7, the sound is out of sync. But the videos shot in SD play fine.
