  The created file is a .csv file that can be opened with a program such as Microsoft Excel. You will need to copy the file to your computer, and then open the file from the computer to see the story.

  History - history of cat is not saved in a file. When turned on it will show your history converation in an active cat only. History should remember but may have been deleted in a previous update.

  I'm sorry, but you can't. On iOS, Android and BlackBerry 10, the BBM app does not record the history of cats in an accessible location. Only the group chat history is transferred.

  I just migrated to a Curve 8900 to a Torch 9810 using "swap devices" of BlackBerry Desktop Software, do a full backup first. Most of the things moved very well, but I lost everything of the BBM.   On my 9360, I saved my bbm contacts list back up on my memory card, but I think that cats history record in the unit? ive never "supported" the story of my memory card, it should be on the device shudnt it? In any case I want to know is that I did a security wipe on my phone that is supposed to erase all the data, I was wondering if a security wipe would be authorized that story, and also after I did the wipe I "restored" my contacts back upward bbm on my memory and restored card will only contacts and NOT history? Or bbm contacts backup contain the contacts and history for each of the contacts?
