  You can try it again once, it might be useful. all making the first first delete BlackBerry Messenger of your device, for this on your home screen to go to Options > Device Application Management > locate and remove BlackBerry Messenger from there.

  Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  About the issue with BBM, sure that BBM is uninstalled from your list of applications and reinsert the battery. Then try to reinstall BBM by accessing www.blackberry.com/bbm using your BlackBerry browser.

  When the upgrade your device software, you need to download the device software, published by the provider without original BlackBerry wire. If an update is available, I recommend this installation on your PC and retry the upgrade.

  You have an age category app defined in settings > general > Restrictions that could hide apps from your iPad home screen (which would be also grey keys 'open' for applications in the App Store)?

  3. If you use any application then what application you use to access the e-mail?

• Don't have a Floyd Rose disappear again off music Apple?

  Today, it seems that half of my Pink Floyd albums on Apple music apparently missing.  I know that Floyd has had contract problems with Apple in the past, but something new was happening?   I really hate this.

  I downloaded a copy of the file you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).

  You can download it and when you do, place a copy of the file in these two folders (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):

  c:\Windows\System32
  c:\Windows\System32\dllcache (this is where XP keeps backups of important files).

  When you see the files available for download, you will not see the extension of file (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, etc), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

  You have to put the downloaded files in the correct folders on your system.

  That may not solve all your problems, but at least you will be spending this part and we can then fix the rest.

• BBC iPlayer programmes disappeared again

  It is a problem too old I am surprised that I have found a thread to it (outside mac help and I'm on windows).

  Anyway, the story are:

  1. Windows crashes / restarts unexpectedly for a reason-cutting machine in my case.
  2. Restart windows, and when BBC iPlayer appears all 4 windows program are empty,
  3. The series record is still active, even if the programs are invisible in the main window as pop ups keep showing that new programs are downloading,
  4. Preferences shows that the storage folder has all that you previously downloaded.
  5. <-I'm here.

  So my hope is that there is a hidden cache file that was fuck... damaged by the accident and that by deleting this file, iPlayer will magically take his mid life crisis.

  I seem to have this problem so often, the curse of trying to OC different bits, it is that you must accept that the system is unstable until you get all the numbers right. Because the stored programs folder is on my disk storage instead of my main tiny toddler, or some other conflict on my computer, which means that I suffer more then more is something I really don't know.

  Find a way to solve this would be much better as the reinstall - and re-download - everything would be really useful. Virgin Media have no download limits that they were not satisfied with my 400 GB/month because of download of so many HD programmes so many times when I finally had a series of repeated problems.

• My newly installed TB has disappeared from my computer portable 64-bit Windows 8.1. How can I prevent this from happening again?

  When I installed new cases of tuberculosis 'portable' a few minutes ago, all seemed well unfold. I downloaded an accumulation of messages from my server and started the implementation of filters and the archive folders. Suddenly, TB froze and then disappeared! When I clicked on the icon, I was presented with a blank, new, TB and asked if I wanted a new email address, etc., as I had been before (and refused). I went ahead and download my messages in the 'empty' TB, but how can I keep the content to disappear again?
  I wonder if this is a problem with the wrong Windows 8.1. Any ideas?

  The examples I have seen are Windows 8 back to a previous state when something goes wrong with the boot and Thunderbirds gets cancelled out of existence. Creating a restore point in Windows after you install Thunderbird could help.

• By reducing the window of Firefox, it totally disappears and cannot be enlarged again.

  After an unknown crash of Firefox, I restarted Firefox.
  The button appeared in the tasbar, but the window was never to be found.
  By clicking the button did not help.
  I used the windows Task Manager to maximize the window, which worked OK, but...
  When you click on the button 'size down' (upper right button medium), the window disappeared again and could not resurrected again in the normal way.

  So for now I'm stuck with a maximaized window, and I can't resize and move more...

  I have sort of solved the problem in a different way.
  I am now using "Pale Moon" and since then I have not seen the problem again.
  I'll upload the file proposed, just in case the pale Moon has the same problem.
