  This happens because bootstrap default navbar is in position: fixed; comes the normal html flow so that any element that follows does not see it as being there.

  I have a desktop computer Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with an ASUS M4A87TD EVO motherboard. After that I downloaded all three files, I installed the chipset driver and USB driver in uncompressing them, by clicking on each file, by clicking on Setup.
