  Since updating my iPhone to iOS 9.2 6 my wireless studio headphones disconnect when you use the function to jump on the helmet. When you double-click the left button pause/skip/response/side they log off of the iPhone. I removed the previous mode of bluetooth on the iPhone and reconnected via bluetooth. Same thing happened again. I submitted a request for feedback to Apple, but who knows how long it will take to fix.

  I have this same problem on my iPod touch after updating to iOS 9.2.  Especially when I change my songs on my iPod.  No problem of connection, but as soon as I switch songs, either by using the controls on the headphones from the iPod, it immediately disconnects.

  So I bought my beats studio wireless in July (2015). A few months later, part of them broke and I got a new pair of beats. I made sure that I take great care of them now... I rarely even take them out of the House. A few days ago, they broke again. When I hook them up (Yes, I tried several takes and multiple cables) beats are no charge. When I plug in, no lights go at all, as if the beats do not recognize the cable. I also tried to reset several times, but still, they are out of the battery and won't charge. The lights still work, because when I reset them they are blinking, and when I try to turn them on they flash red.

  Someone at - it solutions? I don't know if I can still use my warranty, since I used it once already. As I said before, I took good care of them.

• Beats Studio Wireless - Device missing Bluetooth for Windows 7 64 bit OS drivers

  I have a HP Elitebook 9480 m notebook, running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit OS.  I just got this machine and my previous machine was running Windows 7 32 bit OS.

  My problem is that when I go to install my wireless on the Elitebook Beats Studio headphone, it does not find the Bluetooth device drivers.

  I called Apple support (now support produced Beats), contacted HP support and visited with my COMPUTER service company hoping to copy the drivers through my old machine (helmet worked on an old machine) and no solution has been found.

  Copy the drivers through did not work as my machine would not find them when we asked it to look for them.  We have, however, learned that the driver that was used on my old machine was a Microsoft driver, specifically the pilot called btwavdt.sys.

  I need an updated version of this driver, or the equivalent of 64-bit if it is not already compatible with 64 bit computers, in order to properly install my helmet.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Bluetooth connects to headphone listening Beats studio, but only for about 8 seconds and will not appear as an option in the settings of the sound or airtime. MBP 2011 using a dongle usb so I can use bluetooth 4. I tried with another pair of headphones bluetooth and same problem. Bluetooth dongle is comparable with my Mac Mini (2011). It kept disconnecting from the network every few minutes... I have tried everything that I could think of, disabled firewall, various tools, anti-virus software modified, twisted parameters, disabled startup items... NOTHING HAS WORKED...   OK guys, I know that your frustration and I somehow fixed mine. Here is how I fixed mine and you can try it.

  Simply uninstall the wireless card, then reboot your system and let windows automatically reinstall the adapter.

  Just after that mine works... I would like to know if it works... Good luck! :)
