• D620 "beeps" with the software pop up errors and it drives me crazy

  I have a D620.  I use VMWare.  My session of VMWare is a software that displays pop ups - well.  The pop ups are due to errors/warnings, etc.  My problem is that these pop ups are frequent, and when they occur, my D620 will 'beep' very hard.  I can't disable the beep, no matter what I'm looking for.  I don't have this problem with my Windows primary OS, just at the moment where I am in my VMWare session.

  I think you may have a defective power supply unit (PSU).  Are the replaced component in a computer.  You can disconnect all unnecessary items, for example, hard drives, optical drives, USB devices, etc.  After these items are disconnected, try to start the computer.  Here's a guide to troubleshooting of the PSU.

  If you need to replace the power supply, I like Corsair and OCZ.  I normally recommend at least 550W for peak power needs.  I suggest to measure the existing PSU and comparing them to the one you choose.

  Hi, I see "clicks.beep etc." but is not a toolbar, it's a bookmark in the bookmarks toolbar. If you don't want - or other, just right click > delete.

  I am trying to create a script that will get the number of words in a Pages document, and then save in a Numbers spreadsheet. I am a novice coder and until about 6 hours ago, I got this script, I had never even heard of Applescript.   (I posted only myCount to make sure it works, ultimately, it will not display). This script was working fine so I started on the part that would put the number of words in the worksheet. I have made good progress on this front, I noticed a really annoying problem with the above code. When I was working on this part I put a bunch of beeps at different points that I would like to know when the code stopped working. I deleted most of them, once I knew that the code worked and I was ready to move on to the next part. But when I tried to delete one of the beeps (the only one left in the code that I put in this post), the script no longer works. I get this error in script, emphasizing "word count":

  Pages has been an error: failed to get document 1. Invalid index.

  It did not make sense to me so I checked over and over again to make sure that I had not deleted anything else, but it was just the beep. When I put the beep back in at exactly the same place the script developed, when I pulled it again I got the error.   To be honest I ve never heard about this problem and really do not know why this happens, but if this problem occurs on the first day, I think you should contact your dealer or directly the service provider and ask for the nearest Toshiba support.
