    I know this question has been asked many times in different ways, but I couldn't find an answer to my situation, please bear with me

    Line so my situation: I had a subscription on my private email (lets call it [email protected]) which is also linked to one account behance, once I started working for a company I could transfer my license to my email of company ([email protected]). This judgment company, license revoked of course etc. I don't NO re - sub with my email private ([email protected]), but I started working for a new company that made me a license on a new email ([email protected]).

    The question I have is that I can't use my old online libraries / sync settings of [email protected] or behance ([email protected] basically made a new behance account, which is not ideal because I don't need multiple accounts of behance).

    I hope that my question is to understand since its pretty odd to talk about 3 accounts.

    I had to create an Adobe account, when I downloaded creative cloud.  When I created my Behance account, I just created an account Behance but without using my information from Adobe.  Now my account Behance tells me that I must use my Adobe account to use Behance, but they are not related to the Adobe account does not have one of my projects on this subject.  Can I merge them or I have to download all my old projects and start over?

  • Two Adobe ID compete with each other.

    Hello!

    Quick summary of the situation: I got a Behance account for a long time, which has been transformed into an Adobe ID by purchasing Adobe of Behance.

    On the other hand, I just started a new job and received a different Adobe ID in order to use the CC, both in the office at work, but both for professional use.

    Now, when I'm heading to Behance, he reacted as if I had to create a new account, and if I disconnect from the number 2 and the connection to the identification number 1 for access Behance, I can't use the CC.

    So, what would be the best process here? Can I request a transfer of license to work? Or should I try to merge the two pieces of identification? If it's the latter, what would be the procedure?

    I can't change my e-mailadress AdobeID to connect to. When I change in my settings, I get an error saying no changes could be made at this stage or an error indicating a verifiation email was sent to my Inbox, but there is none.

    I want to change my email address from my AdobeID because currently, I have 2 AdobeIDs and I want to change the e-mail address of my current in my new e-mailadress AdobeID (because I connected this AdobeID with my Behance profile I used last years) and delete my second AdobeID so I an AdobeID associated to a Behance profile.

    Yet so far I haven't done one of these. What should I do?

    Thanks for writing. As a general rule, if your Behance account is associated with an Adobe ID and you want to switch to an other existing Adobe ID - you can do it here as opposed to the account settings: https://www.behance.net/portfolio/promote
