Best way to reduce a large table 2D

Looking for best practices LabView on it. I have a 5000 x 5000 U16s 2D table and I would like to remove/delete lines even and then all of the same columns. I enclose a drawing of what I currently use but looks about 15 seconds to accomplish. Any better approach?

Here's what I had in mind (probably need a few tweaks).

Note that "unintersting" lines are not even affected and all works in place.

    Hello

    It is the best way to get idea of psace used by an indivifula and index tbal or is there a better way?

    Thank you

    below expdp command gives you the size of the tables you want to export, it gives you only the size but never exports.

    expdp user/pwd@db tables = a, b = y estimate_only

    You can also try

    SELECT SUM (bytes) / 1024/1024 MB OF dba_segments WHERE segment_type = 'TABLE' AND owner = 'USER' AND nom_segment = 'TABLE ';

    I do not believe that the scanners large format are flat, if I'm wrong. In my view, they have a mobile head that scans the original bottle then made up the data with the software.

    It is not cheap, if the original can be easily damage they'll probably damage it unless you make sure that beforehand what they know about it
    and that they accept that they can scan without damaging it.

    Photography is a good solution if you know how the art of light and you use a long distance goal.

    The reason is shooting with a normal or wide-angle will give an effect of stretching the edges especially bandwidth due to the proximity of the camera to subject distance. The lens and the longer distance will accomplish the same capture without you stretching effect.

    Now, if you really have a service experience work fine arts or large commercial then scanning might be the way of.

    In both cases, I don't think you want to vectorize the art.

    Hi Vasif

    NULL values are indexed if the indexed entry also includes a value non-zero.

    If you create an index such as:

    CREATE INDEX mytable_x_idx ON mytable (x, ' ');

    ensure all null values for the column X are indexed and will therefore potentially use the index to search for null values, assuming of course the result set is small enough to justify the use of the index in your query.

    You may not use the managed media when you are working. Assign an external location for your media in the library properties. Consolidate the library for media are moved out of it. Create a library of transfer where you copy the items you want to share with the other editor. Send it to them. They have a record that must match yours with the media. • Best way to reduce the captured elements?

    Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times, but I do not see in the FAQ.

    I have a Canon Vixia camcorder HD capture and stored in the AVCHD format, once I drag video clips on my computer. They look great on an Apple Cinema Display 30 "monitor.

    I'm looking for the best way to go through the video clips of my guardian and cut each end of the segment to get rid of unnecessary images and now the part of the clip I think that I would ever use. In fact, I know how to cut the picture, I'm looking for better work flow through a lot of long clips and cut down and save for long-term storage without losing any quality of image.

    If I have registered 100 clips that can each be shortened, what is the best workflow in first Elements 8? That format and output settings would be best?

    Original Canon files were saved with extensions MTS on a PC. My few tests registered tonight shortened as M2T files. In the initial run through, they seem to have the same image on my screen quality.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Mr. Jackson

    Yes, you can load all the clips in the same project and then prune one at a time on the timeline, M.

    In fact, it is probably the best solution!

    If you are using project settings appropriate for your source footage, share your built in 1440 x 1080 MPEGs video should give you virtually no change in video quality. Certainly nothing notable.

    You will then be able to load these video clips in a project implemented for HDV video formats and they should work great!

  • What is the best way to manage a large image with many tiny objects?

    The photo in question is a mosaic composed of thousands of small shapes in Illustrator. It's about 28 in. x 48 in, but there is a white space around the image. I'm less than a quarter of the way through, and I notice that the AI starts to be slow during the refresh of the screen for example when changing the zoom. The file is 13MB. I fear that the image is too big to have to effectively manage. Would you advise me to break down the image into quarters and put them together at the end, or do you think I will deal with the scale and complexity effectively? If I have to separate section, there's a useful technique to use for this? Thanks in advance.

    You should not cut the image to make your application more efficient.  If it is intended for large format, you can reduce the resolution of the image of what is appropriate for the output device.  If it is a project of offset press, a picture that size is still manageable.  13 MB, I have a feeling that something is causing the slowdown.  You have a disk of assigned preference work?

  • Best way to split the large partition to few smaller

    Hello

    I have Oracle 11.2 EE on Redhat 5.9 and I need to solve the problem with partitioning.

    A few tables of some system has been prepared for partitioning a few years ago. But no partitioning was done and all these tables / global index have only one partition for all data.

    Now, we have a lot of tables and indexes with a single partition (with limit MAXVALUE) for all data. I would like to divide this large partition to smaller partitions more by quarter of the year.

    Example:

    Existing partition that d0201_2008_1q must be split at D0201_2008_2Q, D0201_2008_3Q... MYTABLE_2014_4Q of column DATE/NUMBER

    I tried to generate a script for sharing partitions

    ALTER INDEX I_D0201 CHANGE DEFAULT TABLESPACE INDX_2008_1Q ATTRIBUTES;

    ALTER TABLE SPLIT PARTITION D0201_2008_1Q AT (1000456) D0201

    INTO (PARTITION D0201_2008_XX TABLESPACE DATA_2008_1Q, PARTITION D0201_MAX1) 16 PARALLELS;

    ALTER TABLE D0201 CHANGE THE D0201_2008_XX REBUILD UNUSABLE LOCAL INDEX PARTITION;

    ALTER INDEX I_D0201 CHANGE DEFAULT TABLESPACE INDX_2008_2Q ATTRIBUTES;

    ALTER TABLE SPLIT PARTITION D0201_MAX1 AT (1000547) D0201

    INTO (PARTITION D0201_2008_2Q TABLESPACE DATA_2008_2Q, PARTITION D0201_MAX2) 16 PARALLELS;

    ALTER TABLE D0201 CHANGE THE D0201_2008_2Q REBUILD UNUSABLE LOCAL INDEX PARTITION;

    ALTER INDEX I_D0201 CHANGE DEFAULT TABLESPACE INDX_2008_3Q ATTRIBUTES;

    ALTER TABLE SPLIT PARTITION D0201_MAX2 AT (1000639) D0201

    INTO (PARTITION D0201_2008_3Q TABLESPACE DATA_2008_3Q, PARTITION D0201_MAX3) 16 PARALLELS;

    ALTER TABLE D0201 CHANGE THE D0201_2008_3Q REBUILD UNUSABLE LOCAL INDEX PARTITION;

    ...

    It separates great score to two new partitions. One of them is the next quarter and secondly will separate again.

    Some partitions have a few GB and splitting takes a long time (hours for a split partition) and big disk space is also required.

    New partitions will be smaller, but first 2008_1Q partition size will be unchanged, and I'll need to reclaim the unused space somehow.

    You have a better/more rapid solution of ideas?

  • Best way to reduce the volume of the music when people speak?

    Hi, I have do this promo video which is mainly music... but there are pieces where people speak to the camera, and I need to slightly reduce the music. I usually use keyframes on the waveform, but it's quite of your time, and if I edit the video in the future, audio keyframes align properly. Just wondering if there was any easier way to do it. Thanks, Neil

    Easier way and the industry standard is to use the Audio Mixer Panel...

    The organization track mixer automation and wil a create keyframes in real-time for a live mix.

    @the OP... It's a question of riding of the mixer, keeping an eye on the meters and using your ears.

    Mixing live is also easier if you are familiar with your editing and have an idea where the dialogue starts and ends.  Of course, your video helps with that.

  • What is the best way to apply choice relational tables in the XML document?

    I've got an XML document from outside I turn with full DB XSLT document.

    Some parts of the document contain codes I want to tranfsorm to significant labels of relational tables in our database.

    On road is to disassemble the XML into the relational views and join these views with tables of choice and then back, this time with labels translated, using XMLElement, etc...

    Is there another way less heavy? For example,.

    Select updateXML)
    xml_dta
    ,'/ / section_to_translate/node_to_translate/variable / text () '
    ,(
    Select the label
    of table_recherche
    where Group = extractValue (current_node, '... / Group/Text () ')
    and code = extractValue (current_node, '... / variable/Text () ')
    )
    ) xml_dta
    from my_table
    where... criteria

    However, I do not know how to move from the current node to the extractValue function (if it is possible?.)

    Anyone done the second way?

    Thank you

    You didn't tell the version of your database, so I assume one of them later.

    You can include the part of the translation in the XSL transformation, by accessing an external research paper generated from the database beforehand.
