First of all, where are my saved text messages would be they located on the SD card?   As I said, I suspect saved SMS Messages to be a subset of the base of great set 'SMS Messages"together with the message 'saved' being a subset within this database.

  I can't answer definitively for you because I've never had the problem you are experiencing. You may need to test to know for sure.

  If you stay at 9320 curve then more easiset way to do this is an Assistant to switch device using Desktop software.

  Or if you want to perform a selective restore to your new 9320 then first do a full backup of your old 9700 using desktop software. Once you have your backup connect your 9320 and run the software, select the device from software > restore > data choose selected since your last backup you did > scroll down the list and select only the password keeper and memo key data in this list, then click on apply.

  TCC - I THANK YOU first to respond to my situation and the second to be ON - it appears that you are an expert on the RIM! That was the problem - integration. Apparently my Blackberry account 'forgotten' about my domain name and had to be reinstated. I discovered by obtaining technical support for my carrier, AT & T and when they could not understand why the e-mail accounts could not be created, they transferred me to RIM.   I have a blackberry bold 9000 and has been updated from the last app on this subject yesterday. Due to the low battrey my laptop turns off until the software has been installed to prperly. I tried the following:

  (1) make sure that you have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed.

  (3) the Application Loader Wizard will appear - click on "next".
  (4) in the ' connection: ' drop-down menu, you should see "USB - PIN: UNKNOWN". Click on the button "next".
  (5) you should see a list of applications ready to be installed for your Blackberry. Press Next and finish, and that you are well on your way to get your Blackberry to life.

  Just unplug and let the process finish completely.

  You do nothing wrong. All your posts have always been inside Messages throughout - you were simply (as I was) since you had separate icons for dealing with them to ignore. What has happened is that the books service got lost in the update - service books that govern the existence of the additional icon. From a PC, log on your account BIS and inside, there should be an option to push your service books.

  Great service has worked for the first week or two and then one day I lost all data transfers and I'm unable to access e-mail. And texting work very well. I checked with the carrier and they claim data is very well at their end and started walking a battery pull, then host record and a boost and an another battery pull.

  Fortunately, I get disconnected once the text of register came through. I'm not sure I could have gotten through the process with the language barrier that we had. Could you please give me advice on how to proceed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Next - think about this behavior at startup. What happened just before that date? A new application? An update? Something else? Think very carefully, because the smallest thing can be causal.

• Issue of BB big blackBerry Smartphones! Information is automatically deleted and phone is loading & all the freezing time.

  Hi all!

  Recently, I unlocked my blackberry torch 9800 and start using a Korean SIM. The name of the carrier is Olleh. As soon as the phone loaded with Korean sim card I expect a lot of problems with my phone. The black timer icon appears whenever I try to use the phone to do anything pictures/SMS/calls etc. This makes the use of any application, that really need me a lot of time, and more that the phone is slow.  It's as if the phone is blocked and it is always busy, which makes the battery last less than 2 hours. Then begins the most serious problem. Because of what I described, I run very often of the battery. When I load again the phone and turn it on, all the activity that I did the last time is deleted. This means that the history of calls, texts, contacts, memos and others disappear whenever I have run out of battery. Since I have this problem (about 2 weeks) I was not able to store contacts, record memos, set reminders etc.

  I read that there are no viruses for blackberry. I don't have many applications, so I don't think that it is a memory problem. My only guess, is that something in the configuration has changed when I unlocked the phone or put the card sim Korean. I looked in all the menus (options, configuration, etc) to see if something was wrong and that he could not solve the problem.

  Try a battery pull if you please, with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot the device. This will clear all hide as restarting a PC. Then try again and see if the problem persists.
