I have an app in purchase on June 22, when I had the funds available in my account. However Apple tell me now that this payment does not pass but there is no trace of my Bank say they have tried to take these funds. Now, I'm unable to download updates for my phone that my payment method is not valid. Apple takes over a month to try to take money from my account?

Another issue I have is that I asked for a return of the so-called customer service team call. Yes they call me several times which place me on hold for 11 minutes at a time. I worked in the services the customer for over 7 years and this is the worst experience I've ever seen. I made a mistake above as trying to write on this site since your mobile phone is difficult because I have to keep switching from portrait mode landscape in order to post a message.
