Run us a business out of our home and require both Mac to be able to access the files from each other or have at least a common location to save etc. Both Mac is put back up automatically and lift you under the "Shared" section of the Finder. The airport shows also here as well. I don't understand how to get this to work so that I can share files easily. Any help would be appreciated.

  Right click on the exe of the BIOS file you downloaded and select 7-zip file utility to extract the files to a folder.

  I can't make heads or tails among folders that you get, but you won't be able to run under DOS.

  Here's my problem: I messed up a complicated backup regime for LR5 involving several different external drives and catalogues. Now, I have valuable pictures on site .dng a drive with some exquisite development referenced in the catalog. I want to combine the images of .dng on A drive with .dng image on Drive B referenced in the catalogue B, so I can simplify things.

  The only solution I can find to combine 2 catalogs referencing a augmented Drive B, is to export one of the catalog images A to B drive making jpegs. Then import one of the exported in the catalog B .jpeg images. But this requires a .dng .jpeg transformation I want to avoid.

  -create a new catalog LR

  -Import the catalog (file - import from another catalog)

  -import the catalog B (file - import from another catalog)

  I had to do a clean OS X El Capitan on my iMac install because something prevented it from closing properly. I now El Capitan without any of my old files and applications.

  I want to copy my Time Machine backup, but the record has been marked by a red dot. I can't transfer manually. I don't want to go through a Time Machine, because the last time I did it, it just restore the old configuration that basically had the problem that stopped my computer of closing.

  You can 'enter Time Machine"to select files and folders to restore.

  Alternately, when restoring from Time Machine backup, customize the restoration as follows: under Select the information to transfer, select only your previous user account. Do not select 'Applications', 'Computer and Network Settings' or "Other files and folders". Deselect these choices. Potentially corrupt applications, lists of properties and changes in the operating system will be migrated and will be any problem that may have been caused by them.

I can do this with a cluster but I need to create a variable for each of these pictures (21 pictures) and I was hoping to use the same variable for each table. Which means that I get my data table write in an xml file and replace this table in this variable with a new table and then call my VI who writes this table in an xml file and write to the same file xml under the first table without crushing. My VI I created to write a table to an xml file is attached. Yet once I wonder if there is a way to write several berries in a single at different times xml file, without overwriting the old file xml.

  A business unit asked me if it is possible to use OBIEE as a distribution tool for one of their pdf monthly reports they generate for our company.

  There are about 500 reports per month and each report will be visible by the business as it relates to.

  Given, there is no real "bulk upload" solution for OBIEE (yet?), I thought that it would be possible to set up a batch to load the files on the server in a folder that is visible for weblogic.

  From there on, I created an analysis that generates dynamically a html link that uses the date value out of a prompt of date and the unit value of the user's session variables.

  Once they have clicked on the link, it opens their report date... HOWEVER, the information in the URL are very clear and for everything, even half of the tech users, a simple change of business unit in the URL, will provide another report (big no no).

  Any suggestions on this one?

  I am happy to re look at my entire solution, but I thought maybe an action link or GO the URL could be used?

  Last spring could do you something like...

  Instead of naming your files/folders as the business unit, could scramble the unit name or number based on some number of seeds or the formula? I assumed it would be easier if he were a unit number cases that has been used in the name of the file.   I am pleased that you guessed it sorted.

  The other workflow is to locate the transferred project file and the media on the same drive letter on the second machine. So, no reissue of links.

  I carry tons of projects between computers through the external HARD disk. Each is given the exact same drive letter of the operating system on each computer. Works a treat.

• How do I move synchronized files from LR mobile

  My HD Office fills up, if I want to move my image from the desktop files to an external hard drive.  I moved most of the files from LR and without incident.  However, I have a bunch of files that have been taken on vacation and downloaded to my iPad. When I got home they automatically synced on my catalog and have been copied to my desktop in a folder called downloads.lrdata mobile.  I can't make LR acknowledged this folder so that I can copy photos in LR.  I would also change the target for mobile files synced to something more user-friendly.

  Any suggestions how can I (1) make LR recognize the folder/file .lrdata so that I can copy the images and (2) how to designate a folder on my external as a target for the files synced from my iPad?
