  Birthdays in contacts bed Birthdays calendar. You cannot delete the entire calendar, however, you can 'hide' the calendar of birthdays. Go to calendar > Tap "calendars" at the bottom of your screen > uncheck "Birthdays" by tapping it.

  Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop synchronization. Wait a few minutes, then recheck the timing. If the device, go to settings/iCloud and do the foregoing. You can also try connecting to iCloud and then reconnect.

  As much as I KNOW, birthdays is a parameter all or nothing via the calendar preferences.

  You can open any Contact, you do not want to see their birthday listed and remove the entry from the anniversary. You can also copy and paste the information in the birthday field and add the Notes section in the Contacts application. This will remove it from your calendar but still available to see card Contacts.

  The only way to do this successfully is to load Hotmail in the browser, then open the calendar and remove them manually, once this has been done calendar can be synchronized with the app on Windows 8, you'll notice that Facebook birthdays have disappeared.

  I just came back from visiting my mom and she had just bought a brand new Acer 3.0.1 running Droid tablet. She showed me all the clever features that his was and she even said that he had a MicroSD slot. Curious person I am I put my 16 GB MicroSD card in the slot and low and behold, it worked. This track a bit me off. Why he's working on his Acer and not my Moto XOOM, running the same version of the OS. Any ideas as to why they have thiers and we have ours not?
