  As you read, it's the companies that control the release (via the official methods) of packages of OS to their end-users... so is the logical place to ask your question, I think with them. Indeed, the 10.3.1 branch had I think 4 releases more given that the one you are on, and there were 10 in the 10.3.2 branch... so your OS is indeed quite old now (and, if reports here should be used as an indicator, this version was also very problematic indeed).

  But you also involved information it is important to keep separate. 10.3.1.1779 is a "software version", while 10.3.2.2339 is a value of BONE. They are different things, and depending on who you are chatting with or what tools you use, it is important to work with the right pair. Via the toolsets official (LINK, OTA updates, Update Web site), SR it what is used. But, for the discussions here as well as unofficial toolsets (ADF Knowyou), the real value of the OS is what means the most. Reference:

  I swiped my phone security three times in the last 2 days to resolve a problem with texting. I've updated my software via wifi and not link to Blackberry.   I recommend that the updates made on the wifi. Don't do not updated the link unless there was a problem with udpate wifi.

  Your carrier will send specific carriers updates which can solve problems like this after an update.

  I have a Q10 I'm synchronization by binding, mostly just to test it. I had no problems with it.

  BB made many of us are unhappy with the unhappy choice of naming, they did when they grouped LINK and mix in one package. Appointing "Desktop Software" created redundancy and confusion with the old desktop software, and we all dealt with him since then.

  But, from one of the links on this page, what you will receive is a package called Desktop Software, but it is completely different from the package inherited the same name.   Thanks for the reply. I don't mind paying for the data plan because I use it. He also likes.   I admit I am a little while back with the latest OS update, but I just made the other night (update without wire - not with the Office Manager)...  I didn't have to reinstall one of my 3rd party apps (Facebook, MySpace, Google, etc.) but did not re - accept the TERMS.  The first thing I noticed was (obviously) my theme was missing.  I went to recharge, but it does not appear in my list of theme.  I have redownloaded it from the original site (bplay), reinstalled, rebooted, and it does not always show.  I checked my list of applications & it shows here.  I contacted bplay & they are looking at it.  (They were also kind enough to send me a free of my choice theme while I that they were working on a solution, that I downloaded, installed and rebooted... it shows either).  I paid for and downloaded a theme from App World, installed, rebooted... guess what?  Nothing there.  Forum of the ASBL, checked nothing there.  Verified of Crackberry - there is another post, I found the same problem.  Any ideas out there?

  PROBLEM SOLVED!  Cleaned my phone and restored only the things that could not be reloaded with a software update (contacts, calendar, messages, etc.) one by one.  Somewhere in my old system files a bug existed and was recharged in my phone when I restored it.  I have successfully loaded all my old apps, themes of work... Good looking.

  It was not without a fight however.  DM crashed when running the application loader & I got the white screen of death with "App Error 205. Reset. "I've been able to recharge the system software after reading how BlackBerry Solution technique page.

  This may depend on several things as if contents are pinned, scrolling is applied etc.

  Sounds like a question of verification on any market that you have bought PS Touch. Have you tried contacting Google and Apple to see what they say?

  Hello

  There are different PDF viewer available out there.  Your BlackBerry will automatically be able to view PDF documents you receive by e-mail, but you will need a separate application to view PDF files that you have downloaded to your device manually.  Here are a few options:

  • PDF to Go (included in the Documents to the Premium of GB version)
  • BeamReader
  • RepliGo

  Also, you should be able to find other options BlackBerry App World.
