  Hi all!!!

  I just got a new curve 9320. Earlier is using 8520 with google sync and used to synchronize my contacts with gmail contacts. But since I have this device, my contacts are not syncing with gmail contacts. I selected the options to synchronize contacts in the e-mail settings and my BIS works quite well, but I don't know why the contacts are not synchronized.

  Can any1 please help me?

  I intend as a result tomorrow when my Storm (could actually be a couple of days, but I promise you, as soon as POSSIBLE). However, on your Mac, in the address book application follow these steps if you do not.

  (1) (to select the map that you created yourself (highlighted)

  (2) in the map menu, select make this card my card

  Just because you created a card with your info is not enough.

• Problems of tile Messenger with Facebook contacts sending

  When I send a message through the tile of Messenger to a person who is online on Facebook, messenger tile appears to send the message twice, but then when I look at the conversation on Facebook it has not sent twice. This only happens when I send to the people who are online and it does not occur when I send to someone who is on mobile or is not online. Any help would be appreciated.

  I suggest to remove and reconnect the facebook account of the email application and check if it helps.

  Delete the account:

  
  a. open the Messaging App.
  b. press on the key Windows + C.
  c. select it settings.
  d. click on account, select the account facebook.
  e. select it remove account option.
  
  Add account:
  a. open the Messaging App.
  b. press on the key Windows + C.
  c. select it settings.
  d. click on account, select Add a new account.
  e. Select the facebook option and follow the instructions on the screen.

• The list of contacts to sync with facebook

  A have you noticed if Facebook is not synchronized with their list of contacts on their phone? Made sure my PW is correct. Disabled auto-sync and tried to do manual. Also waited 24 hours during to have it on auto. Not something huge but having loved it sync would be so I could use it for contacts photos. Also removed has tried to delete my Facebook account in settings and added back with no results.

  Facebook contact sync has been deleted some time ago. This feature is not available on recent versions of Android. There are 3rd party apps that you can download from the game store, but I can't guarantee how they will perform on your device.

• Contacts and Facebook update / sync

  I got married last Saturday, my wife has changed her last name on facebook, and I've changed changed its coordinates in Gmail, and yet my Droid still shows its former name.

  Stangely, his contact took his new picture from facebook, but he refuses to change the name.

  I divided the contacts, gmail displays correctly, facebook shows new image but old name, I tried to merge them back together in both direction, that the new name that old photo, no joy.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  Congratulations on the marriage!  I know it is a large number of measures aimed at getting something to work, but I have had many problems with facebook and found this to reset the whole facebook integration.  I would first go in facebook or on the facebook home screen, press menu, close the session.  After that you be disconnected, go to the phone home screen, press menu, settings, accounts and sync, and make sure that your facebook account is not listed there.  Remove your name from wifes from the contacts list.  Delete no problem now that the facebook integration is not.  Add him as the correct name, and then add all its info. This should give the contact and have the phone think it is someone else rather than modify the existing one.  Then I open facebook and log in again and it should sync and the correct name.  As I said, I had a lot of problems with facebook and sync and necessary most of the time I made a change any.  I really hope that's not too bad and works for you.

• Images of blackBerry Smartphones Contact sync with Facebook app.

  I just received a Bold 9700 and noticed that, even though I have the ability to synchronize the profile pictures of my friends with my contacts on the phone profiles, photos for my phone contacts remain blank.  Facebook profiles are related to my contacts and sometimes show the Facebook profile photo, but after a while the image is an icon of the Virgin again.  I also deselected the option synchronize and re-activated the option Update Blackberry contacts with my Facebook contacts to try to force the update photos, but without success.

  I thought it might also be due to a conflict wiyth other apps trying to update the contact photos because I initially imported all my contacts from my Gmail account, but I am unable to understand what other apps, if any, are updated photos contact and so to disable them.

  Blackberry contacts linked to a LinkedIn profile show their LinkedIn profile pictures correctly however and others that I only have BB Messenger, GTalk, Windows Live Messenger and Facebook that are related to my Blackberry contacts.

  Any ideas on how I can get pictures of my contacts to sync properly with Facebook?

• Contacts do not sync with facebook

  I tried 'update all Contacts' and the search bar doesn't move no and says '0 Contacts updated' immediately.  I know that there are contacts that I just added are connected to facebook and on my other devices.  Twitter seemed to update correctly.  It's an Iphone versus 6 with latest updates.  Did a reset of all settings too.

  I see that you are trying to update your contacts with your Facebook contacts, to see their photos appear, and contacts are related to your phone contacts. It is a very interesting possibility. I have a resource that will help with this:

• Facebook contacts will not sync properly

  So I was wondering if someone else sees the same problem with the triumph. I have synced my Facebook contacts to see that I can't call one of them. Three digits are added before the number when you make a call ("001" the international dialing code for the United States) and for this reason, the call does not pass through. A similar problem occurs when trying to text message, these contacts as well. They appear as just the number rather than a name or the picture even if it lets you text the correct contact. It just does not display their right.

  Everyone knows about this problem? And how can we solve this problem? (Motorola, I'm looking at YOU). It's really annoying and I want it fixed.

  I think I found a work around for this problem.

  Settings > call settings > International prefix > remove 011 > arrow to the left (capacitive touch)

  Confirmed to work.

  When you integrate a Facebook account that all your contacts will be synchronized to your device, you cannot select specific contacts.

  That being said, you can optionally hide your Facebook contacts and don't have Facebook data appear on contacts from another location, such as your e-mail address if you link contacts.

  To hide a set of contacts such as Facebook, open the Contacts application, further down from the top of the screen and tap Settings and then turning off Facebook.

• Synchronization of contact blackBerry Q10 disable Facebook

  I just got the Q10 (OS 10.2) and was very surprised that, when first using facebook, I don't have a choice on the issue of whether my contacts should be synchronized with facebook. So, all my contacts were automatically linked to their equivalents of facebook. Even if I have to 'hide' the facebook contacts in the contacts application, facebook information appears for almost all of my contacts contacts have been associated.

  I thought that blackberry has been great for the protection of the data and then I do not even choose which contacts can I synchronize and those who do not?

  That is right. The link is ONLY on the device to simplify your contact list and do not have 4 different contacts for one person.

  I have a Curve 8530 and Blackberry Desktop Software 2.4.0 (build 17) using try to sync contacts and calendars with MacBook Pro.  Calendars seems to work, but when get near the end of the progress on the contacts bar get an error message

  An error occurred during synchronization, ZERO.  with button again.

  a new attempt to keep, but get the same error message.

  Press sync stop and finally sync stops.

• Error 0x80040fb3 - for Smartphones blackBerry bbry calendar won't sync with outlook

  I "m hoping someone can help me sync my Bbry Torch 9810 new Outlook calendar. and vice versa.

  It is a tethered sync.
  I've isolated the problem of the calendar.
  I got sync "d address book, Notepad, tasks. It "s calendar that gives me error 0x80040fb3.

  I "ve tried to synchronize the calendar with different configurations, but nothing works.
  I even deleted all the calendar items from my bbry so that I can do a 'fresh sync '. But this n "t help either.

  Desktop Manager I uninstalled and re-installed. Always without success.

  (I had this problem with my old Bbry which was a curve 8310)

  Also, I get the error message says '... See the Documentation.  How and where can I do this?

  There are 4 causes and resolutions 4/workaround solutions.

  Mine was the 4th cause and workaround for cause #4 worked for me - remove field mapping for the participants.

  3 other causes relate to Contacts - for those who know this error Contact sync'ing might want to work through these 3 resolutions.

  You cannot synchronize the calendar with the calendar of BB of windows.

  You will need to go through a third-party calendar like Google Calendar.
  (1) sync with gcal cal victory
  (2) sync gcal with bbcal with Google Mobile Sync.
