  OK, I have an 8350i by Nextel. A couple of weeks my BB itself off and turned and then turn the. I don't think much of it until he started to happen very frequently. When I say often, I hear every 10 minutes. Pretty frustrating for a phone that I use for work. I took it to a local service, but they didn't know what was going on so they simply slipped the software and reloaded it. This solves the problem for about 24 hours, and then she went back. There has been sporadic with about one day between each of them, but it has since become a very common question again. It happens about 5 times a day I know.   installed 8830 2 giga Scandisk memory card.  V4.3.0.17 DTM does not list media Mgr.  Support of BB site says to get rid of all the Roxio files on computer - some are embeddable in ESSILOR.  So have not affected them.  According to the list of programs, I don't have any Roxio on PC program.  Other questions on the Support site says that I should download the correct version of the DTM in the 4.2 series - it would be a big step backwards.  What is a girl to do?  BB does not seem to recognize the card media-says nothing is there to get the multimedia card.  Not irritable person, so please talk down to me.  TIA

  Support formatted card, recognized by the device is displayed on my computer-, but still no Media Manager appearing on BDM.  We have made great strides, I'm sure that the next steps you suggest will remedy this problem.  TIA

  2 months ago, I bought a card SanDisk 4 Gb HC to my local ATT store (my provider is ATT). The map recently failed and the said shop SanDisk does not recommend using their HC cards in Blackberry phones, and therefore they (after an initial runaround) provided a refund.

  Not knowing what 4 GB card to buy, I went to the local electronic store bought a 2 GB card cheap on sale.

  I would like to have more space. Y at - it a specific 4 GB card that someone could recommend? Alternatively, a 8 GB card when I update to 4.5 (not yet available)?

  Without doubt, I should mention that some of my problems with my BB was a sufficient case, which allowed my phone to fall to about 50 times. Today I bought a new case and ATT has replaced the phone because the trackball was bad. So, if all goes well, the new phone and the memory card will work.

  It's a common error on the device who have installed more than one 'SMS port' asking to listen. Think of SmrtGuard, DexRex, PeekaWho, matrix of the alert, alert BlackBerry.

  I just bought a Bold 9900 and had my old BB dumped on my new "BOLD". However, I knew that I would have to set up ALL my email all accounts again. But I am a positive type of gal so I started to redo the settings. However my frustration hit the wall when I tried to set up my OLD blackberry e-mail address on the new "BOLD". When I type in my old address the message says: "the username is not valid. A username must begin with a letter or a number. It can contain letters, numbers, underscores, dashes, and period characters. "So it seems that my email address can be ANYTHING that I want that it either, which is just MY OLD BB email address (for reasons of continuity evident with established contracts) andmy old E-mail begins with a LETTER!

  My other emails were put in place, but the blackberry e-mail makes me mental. Anyone? Help, please?

  Happened to me also (Bell 9900) I called the bell customer service and they reset my e-mail account of bb in about 5 minutes.

  On the upper line of the display of the office immediately to the left of the time in the Center display, an icon appeared recently.  It looks like a blackberry Pocket devicewith a small envelope (e-mail?) superimposed and just a number "1" immediately to his right.  Anyone know what it represents?

  This means that you have a message, could be send, could be another message.  Go to the main menu and click on the envelope.  It must be something in there that is black "BOLD".  A click on that and it should disappear.

  I've recently updated my storm 9530 to OS la.122, but it appears that my applications were not saved.  I got most of them now reinstalled but my paid app one does not re - download.  I used the official RIM BlackBerry App World to buy Guitar Hero World Tour mobile and am able to see in 'My world' but when I try to reinstall I get an error saying "having connection problems to...» ".  It's weird because I managed to install a few free apps in App World, but only my paid app will not work.

  WTF?  I'm having fun with the game.  Now I can't get it.

  When you try to use the camera on the new 8350i, I get an error message stating "unable to DΘmarrer the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again", even if other applications are closed.

  Ideas?

  Reset the device, take out the battery for 30 seconds and install it again.

  I need to get a new Verizon phone that syncs with Outlook 2007 on my PC to keep my current schedule phone. I was told my Verizon support only the MOTO Q would do that unless I paid $44 / month for internet package for the 8330. This doesn't look right, it includes a data cable with the 8330. I do not have Instant Messenger or just an occasional calendar sync with my PC to internet browsing. Can someone let me know if the $44 is required?

  Hi and welcome to the forums!

  The 8330 comes with a USB cable and desktop software that will synchronize your calendar, contacts, memos and tasks.

  It is compatible with Outlook 2007. The data services package is not required on the 8330 for these functions.

  Verizon uses the program of VZ navigator for turn-by-turn directions. It costs an extra $10-15. I tried is it's

  adequate. Note, unless you use the Vz Navigator, the GPS is locked on the phone.

  Verizon is my carrier as well.
