I have great difficulty of setting up my browser and my email... I'm on T-Mobile and I have the Blackberry package but I can't get bis to work... I have configured my e-mail account of BB on the tmo site on my pc, that was easy. I have the icon for my BB email account on my BB, so I don't know which worked. However, I can't send or receive email with this account and when I go to the Blackberry configuration on my BB I can't have the option to create or add an email address? The other thing is that the only browser option I have is t-zones, how can I get the Web browser to work? Suggestions, please?
If you log on to the site of the BIS, can you try to remove your accounts. Then try to reset your device by removing the battery for a minute. After starting the system, try to go to the site of the BIS again to readd e-mail accounts.

I've set up by O2 of BIS and links to 3 email accounts. They are all IMAP. I start Outlook to connect to these accounts from my laptop. Almost everything works perfectly. Just updated the OS on my flashlight with version 6.0 beam 2534 and now my browser does not work. It loads the page, then immediately disconnects. I can access the web using other browsers on my phone, such as the bolt but not the BB browser. Any ideas out there?
Hi clarification, this is OS 6.0.0.570, right?
Start by going to Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Tables, press the BB Menu key and select Save now (things may be slightly different in OS 6, but it should be in a similar place).
Then go to the e-mail settings, login if necessary, press the BB Menu key and select Service books. On the next screen, return your service books. Who help me?
If no, then follow up with a battery pull - while the unit is turned on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, reinsert the battery and wait for the device to reboot.

Installed FF30.0, browser does not work.
I've recently updated FF to 30.0. Then the browser would not work. It happens with just a white blank page and no shortcuts to the toolbar that I saved. I can type in an address, but when I press enter or click OK, it does nothing. None of the button don't seem to do anything, so I can't even in settings. I backed up my profile and uninstalled everything, including user data, but it still does not work. I installed a previous version and it works fine.

Try a reboot.
Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

Thanks for posting about what is happening. If I understand you correctly, you have a book you want on your iPhone and iPad, but neither is synchronizing correctly to have both.
Have you checked every device to confirm that the same identifier Apple is signed all three?
iPhone and iPad: head to settings > iTunes and App Store
iTunes: on a Mac, it's under account or installed depending on the version of iTunes store. On a PC, it is also under account, and if you don't see the menu bar, click on the triangle in the upper left corner to view the Bar Menu or CTRL + B on the keyboard.
If all 3 have the same signed Apple ID, post the version of iOS and iTunes for all three devices here, please.
