I have a little using the generator to applications that have been 'building' for 24 hours.  Any idea contact to see why this is happening and what to do about it.  Thank you

  • DPS App generator - problem creating Android app

    Hello.

    I seem to have a problem of creating an Android application of in DPS App generator. I wonder if someone could help see if I am doing something obviously wrong.

    With my app work (which works fine in the Preview on the Viewer application), since InDesign I then...

    1. select my Folio and the menu «Create App»

    2 when the Builder App Launches, I only see the option to create an iPad app. If I logout and back again using the same account, I can see a list of previously created applications. I can select "create new" at the bottom of the screen and go through all the steps correctly (app name, icons and splash screens etc.) and without error.

    3. I then finished creating the application and I'm able to download the .apk on my desk (after selection of the .p12 and the password)

    4. when I load this on my Nexus 7 and run, I get the splash screen and a white screen

    Here's the thing... Although I seem to have created an Android application, I don't know if I have actually , as I have not see any references to the Folio at the start of the version of Android (step 2 above). In addition, the file size seems too small for the included assets. I have created an 'empty' app that includes only the icons, the splash screen and the name (if necessary).

    For the record, the account I log within the App Builder is a DPS Professional Account.

    Using the workflow 'Create App"from the popup menu in Indesign is the workflow for a unique editing application integrated. And currently integrated unique edition app is not supported on Android, but because of that when you go through your workflow, you will only see the iPad and not Android app option.

    If you create an Android app, it must be a multi issue about where you post your your dahsboard folio and publish the same Folio to the distribution of Adobe server. And that you specify the ID of title as ID where you published the folio in your application builder when you create your android application.

    Last weekend, I created an application using the App Builder - and I'm sure that when I click on submit, set vendor ID and it was loaded into my provider portal.

    I went to 2 more Monday, they are in my account App generator as show "In Review" after showing "Subject" - but neither in my supplier portal.

    I don't have a lot of confidence that they will appear somewhere? shouldn't they appear directly after the quote?

  • BlackBerry App serious problems with the new facebook app!

    Yesterday, I downloaded the latest app facebook to my Q10, because I was excited to be able to choose the setting for the news feed. I ALWAYS want the most recent messages on top of my news feed!

    However, the new application is the TOTAL OPPOSITE of the timeline (not only mine, but also my friend timeline). I just want my most recent messages on top (just like the desktop version of facebook).  However, as I look at my calendar on my Q10, I see a post from 3 days ago (an eternity in the smartphone era) on top of my calendar. The new facebook application, I cannot change that.

    I noticed the same problem when you look at the chronology of the friend. I see 12 - day old post at the top of the timeline of a friend who adds new posts per DAY!

    This glitch is completely unacceptable. This glitch made the laughingstock of BlackBerry! Apple and Samsung are celebrating this glitch affecting BlackBerry users.

    Look, I love the QWERTY keyboard, but this should not be an excuse for neglecting the customers like me who want the best service of our applications.

    This problem has been fixed and a new version is available in beta Zone.

  • Download in the DPS App generator problems

    I have problems to create my test application in DPS App Builder.

    I can create and send the app (InDesign CS6) the manufacturer folio - on the generator of the App from the DPS, but when I reached the last screen nothing shows up under "Downloads" area Type app only appears as "unique edition integrated app" and directs me "activate app" and buy a serial number, which is not what I want to do. I just want to download on iTunes to test on my personal iPad.

    Your id is not a CCM subscriber id, make sure that you used the id used to purchase a subscription CCM.

    The application builder takes only the 20 most recent posts of your workflow.

    You can't tell him to show more than the last 20 years.

    I had this problem for about a month now, whenever I try to access the app store, I get the same error (there was a connection error, shut down blackberry app world). I tried everything to an erasure of data on my phone, to battery pull. I've also updated for BlackBerry 10 most recent operating system. I looked on the Internet and cannot find any solution. Is this just what happens to me, or is there a problem with the actuall BlackBerry app world.

    Have you tried your App World when you're connected to WiFi, or vice versa, not connected to Wifi.

    Sometimes, which will solve the problem.

    Please uninstall AppWorld options > device > application management.

    Scroll down to BlackBerry AppWorld > delete.

    Perform a restart on the BlackBerry this way: with the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, remove the battery for a min. and then reinsert the battery of waiting until it reboot.

    Now, since your browser BB go to thewww.blackberry.com/appworld and install again.

    After installation go to app world and see if you are able to download on a PC, you can also try to scan the barcode of this application, it will request a download link on your device. Please try it and let us know. But like I said try to download Over the Air.

    App world tells me on the right side of the page that my machine is connected (which is) via the USB port. I tried the phone turned off, taking the battery for more than a minute to be sure, restart the phone, restart the computer and try again with no luck.

    I also tried several browsers, Chrome and Firefox.

    I therefore disabled my firewall and still had no success. This gets really annoying, and my blackberry seems to have stupid questions like this forever.

    I tried in IE and it works. Went back to Firefox and Chrome, and it does not work. But the interesting thing is a friend tried his blackberry on my computer and it works fine in Firefox.

    EDIT: I found the problem, I deleted the App World Plugin from my computer and reinstalled Firefox and it works. Why it does not detect that I use a plugin obsolete?

    Anyway, problem solved.

    I just bought the app LensBoost, during the installation there was a mistake and now the app went to my list of applications uninstalled on the app world, it give me any option to re - install :-(, nobody knows how to solve this problem? I know that is not a lot, but I paid £2.00 for the app and it's a shame that it was not installed, any help would be great! :-)

    If you say this particular Application is uninstalled and not in your list of installed, try this:

    Please perform a battery pull reboot as this device while is powered on remove waiting battery for a min. and then reinsert it wait until the device take a long restart your computer.

    After that go to App world > My World > press the Menu key, and then refresh list. See if it helps.

    If this isn't the case, then try to empty your App world Cache How to clear the cache of BlackBerry App World. After that, another battery pull reboot and see if helps.

    Go through it and let us know.

    People have had this problem since 2010. I never had this problem with my flashlight or my 9000 "BOLD".

    Found a solution! Laughing out loud! How delayed. I changed my email in bb code. For example, after changing from one gmail to another account, I changed it back and baaammmm! Problem solved, but do not know why it should be a problem in the first place right?

    Normally, users would download App World by going in their browser on blackberry.com/appworld.  For users with software version 6.0 or later, like yourself, you instead go to appworld.blackberry.com.  I tested on multiple devices today successfully in all cases.  Good luck.
