  I just moved a user of symbian from nokia to user BB

  2 - app world offered an update to whatsapp Worm worm (2.6xx) (2.7.xx) so I've updated and voilla it solved the problem, so far, no error and it works

  Hi, I use Z10, which I also use for WhatsApp, this week there a msg WhatsApp saying are not taken over your phone to December 31! they say when I have questions is that there is no support or help now and get a new phone - iPhone Samsung etc but no mention of BlackBerry!   On my side, suddenly this problem disappeared... without do me whatever. Strange, but at least it works.

  in my world, whatsApp Messenger said its installation and an upgrade is available.  24 MB are free it shows.

  When I hit level of 2.0.1826.424 to 2.1.1955.124, I get an error:

  What does this error mean?

  I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, using appworld & paypal has been used.  It works fine...

  Why can't be upgraded?

  I have contaced WhatsApp support, and they said that its an AppWorld / number of PayPal.

  Hi, I had this problem with two different of the PPA where an upgrade is available. The support staff of one of the developers came back with this solution that worked on both.

  (1) open App world and in the menu go to my world. The application with the update should appear there.

  (2) from this screen, open again the menu and go to the connection.

  (3) you must login to Paypal using the email and password you created the account.

  (4) you can proceed with the upgrade of any application that must.

  Good luck, but like I said it worked perfectly for two of my friends.

  Can someone tell me please how to add contacts on the z10 blackberry whatsapp.  My old whatsapp contacts that were on my old phone appear with the name - but I can not enter all new contacts - faves tried and everything.  You can only manually enter the phone numbers for cat - which is very annoying.  My whatsapp contacts are on my list of regular contacts.  BlackBerry also has to offer the possibility of whatsapp for contacts, as they do with sms, email, options when you view a contact.

  Here's the process:

  (1) enable WhatsApp Messenger to access your contacts database (this is done in the Z10 security options)

  (2) create a contact base (I use one that is related to my email provider, GMail)

  (3) in this database of contacts, create a new entry with a mobile phone number

  (4) after some time WhatsApp will display this contact in the contacts tab. And when that person will use WhatsApp, on their side, the contact will also be in the tab Favorites (so no need to type in their number and more).

  App world tells me on the right side of the page that my machine is connected (which is) via the USB port. I tried the phone turned off, taking the battery for more than a minute to be sure, restart the phone, restart the computer and try again with no luck.

  I tried in IE and it works. Went back to Firefox and Chrome, and it does not work. But the interesting thing is a friend tried his blackberry on my computer and it works fine in Firefox.

  EDIT: I found the problem, I deleted the App World Plugin from my computer and reinstalled Firefox and it works. Why it does not detect that I use a plugin obsolete?

  Anyway, problem solved.

  I have a brand new 6 iPhone running on iOS 9.3.5 and I cannot delete the "Whatsapp Messenger" under the Documents and data backup.

  Try this-

  When your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that minor problems with the BlackBerry.
