  There are some configurations that allow you to access a web version of outlook from any computer.

  Regarding the question, it does not resemble me a connecttivity or the questions with the carrier (if are used the VAC intrigrated so it may be a possibility. But, as you use the Web site, then it sounds like a compatibility issue. You would probably better intrigrate the account with your BB, or stick to access it from your desktop.

• Impossible to blackBerry Smartphones to send and receive emails about unlcoked BB Torch... Help!

  Everything works fine except that I can't send or receive e-mails. Unsent emails have "status of the Message: user account is INVALID mode."

  I am receving emails to my hotmail account (in the stock messaging app) very well, but cannot send them. I tried to send to different accounts is to say, hotmail and Gmail, but I just get a NDR message and the message is sitting in my Outbox. ?

  Has got 2 problems to be honest, so I'll start with the most important! Lately, my BBM was not send or receive messages when connected to the internet! It does on wifi and internet from Vodafone UK. It does now while I'm typing this on my "BOLD", which shows it is not that I am not connected to the internet because I am able to load a Web page and use internet requiring apps for example Facebook, MSN and twitter. Whenever I try to send a message, it comes up with the red square with a clock in it and does not send. Also, I don't get any messages, I can see the other person has read because he has this small r above the tick and says is written message, but no message is reflected. The only way to send or receive is to do a full battery, which becomes very annoying pull! Or to make a call :/ is there a solution? I'll add a comment the other problem once this has been resolved! Thank you

  You have the latest version of BBM.

  You can backup your BBM contacts. Follow these steps-

  1. go to BBM
  2. Press Menu select Options
  3. Scroll down to backup management
  4. Save a backup of your contact: press the Save button
  5. Choose backup to remote or local files (remote backups are done by e-mail and local backup is done on memory card)
  6. Local press
  7. check automatically save changes to contact
  8. Back up now

  Hi, I have two e-mail accounts and for once they both worked very well. Recently, I changed the provider for one of them, and therefore I was not able to receive messages for it. I can send without any problem. I contacted fido as well as my e-mail host and the two went as far as possible, they say it's a rim problem now.

  I returned my service books several times my phone and my desktop computer. I have reset my phone several times. I deleted and then added my account several times my phone and my computer. Anyone have any ideas?

  So, I finally this issue is resolved. After 2 calls to fido without success, the second time, they said to call the rim. I called and was told that the technical support is paid. AAARGH. They also said that it was innapropriate for fido have ordered to call me when they have an internal escalation process that would have taken me RIM without cost to me. They offered to contact fido themselves and have someone to work with me. Thanks to the rim (which did not charge me!) Finally, I was put in touch with someone from tech who was willing to work with me and solve this problem once and for all. You know that you have a decent and knowledgeable person on the other end of the line when they ask you what you have already tried instead to go through all the process by heart. Very quickly, it determined that he had a fatal error in the coding of the fido the outgoing server. It has closed and reopened my account and in 15 minutes, I had all this work. Five days to run between three different organizations and in a few minutes work has been set. It shows you just that the real problem is to happen to someone who knows what they are doing. The only difference is at the bottom of the text of SMS on mine it says "turn off auto text: No." and there is no option on the other phone. I'm lost, I did a hard reset, I even updated the profile just for laughs, still no change. I also went to the Options > MMS to check and make sure that there is no setting that rejected the SMS, but I see what I think it might affect.

  Just in case where someone asks, the settings under Options > SMS are:

  Conversational style: bubbles

  Show names: Yes

  Full name: me

  Press to send: Yes

  Data encoding: Ascii

  Priority: normal

  Callback number: (is the # correct for the phone)

  OK, the BES reset fixed it... surprised me, but I guess it should not consider more how invasive BES...

  The last incoming e-mail I got was around 18:00 on Friday.  From 11:00 Saturday, I can send messages, but none are received.  Have not fiddled with OS, applications, or anything else.  Have you tried a battery pull several times with no results.  Any ideas?
