BlackBerry Blackberry App work readers

I've published records of work Blackberry on our BES10 box and my colleague can load it down very well. Unfortunately, I can't. I click Download and the download button fades, but nothing happens. I rebooted both the device and the server.
Previously, I had (wrongly) downloaded to the personal workspace. Have removed, I wonder if this could be the problem.
Any suggestions?

I have a problem with the combination of the use of Iframes or the HTMLObjectElement with any kind of blackberry.app.events. (onForegound / onBackground / onSwipeDown/etc.).
In the Simulator waving all works well, but when I test on the PlayBook the event fires only once before as I have work with the iFrame (event click etc.). After the interaction, the event is no longer in effect.
I guess that after the interaction with the iFrame, the event fires to the iFrame page and not to the parentpage.

<p class="reply">The reason is basically because the Simulator is x 86/intel architecture and we build for ARM (device architecture).</p>
<p class="reply">We want to support the Simulator, but various other tasks (for example Windows Phone) platform support take priority for the forseable future. There are some difficulties to support the Simulator with an internal architecture on our side, graphics drivers, etc..</p>
<p class="reply">Note that because the binaries, you can run in the device Simulator BB10 and aBB10 are different (if you use BlackBerry own SDK, it will compile two different binary, one for each architecture), you would not even test a real construction identical and there is always possibility of issue on the device, you do not see on the desktop.</p>		   </li>

By contract, all formal support begins with mobile service providers, authorized service centers or places of origin of purchase... it depends on the issue as well as the region of the world in which you are.</p>

<p class="reply">If so, then I've ever seen the calendars, so I don't quite know how you got to show here. There will always be a 'No class' folder... which is the app works remember... you do things and, if they are incomplete, they store for you in this folder don't forget them unclassified, so that you can find them later and don't forget to finish them. But this is a very simplistic explanation of this app... It is much more complicated than that.</p>
<p class="reply">But you probably don't need to use these... but do not get a folder to show here for EverNote, as is how you work with EverNote in BB10, via the Remember app. But, if this file Evernote does not appear to remember, then Evernote is not yet integrated to your device.</p>

<p class="reply">My guess is that you need to integrate your Evernote account in your BB, and I think that you make by the same place, you would add email accounts. From the home screen, pull down at the top and select "settings". There is 'accounts '. In this wizard, is that I think that you add your Evernote account. But, even once, I guess what is that I am sure a faulty memory.</p>
