  Hi all

  I installed the snap on my BB Passport using the technique of lateral load. Now when I open the snap and try to download an app through it, I'm not able to.

  My problem was that I wanted to install the service of BELL TV. The BlackBerry version will not install on the Passport. I have seen that settle the Android version.  I asked BELL to activate the service on the Passport. When I tried to run the TV service he told me that I need to play Google.  I managed to download and install Google Play. When I tried to launch the service of BELL TV software he couldn't recognize the operation since the game of Google.

  I reminded BELL technical support. I was told I have to wait for the BELL TV update service to work on the Passport, because I can't make the Android version works. They took the service without charge since I have never used and cannot use it yet.

  With my passport, I run a number of programs Android with no problems at all.  I installed the Android version of Waze, Google Maps, light meter, level Pro, Radio Tunes, Anti mosquito, Deluxe Moon and many others. These all great works.

  I also have a Z30.  I installed all the same. I did it as close as possible to be a clone of my passport. The additional service only I have on the Z30 is the service of BELL TV.

  Just to add... You can try to install it from a site called 1mobile for Android programs. 1Mobile will ask you to install their application.   Hope someone can help me with this... Just got a new Blackberry passport a week ago, coming from an iphone 4 s. I have play videos on Facebook and Youtube and after a few seconds/minutes a VERY STRONG high pitch sound (more like a whistling noise) suddenly burst speakers, then slowly his is dimishing and after a few seconds, no more sounds of Blackberry coming out of speakers. The music plays, but no sound, even for the videos and key tone. I need to reboot my bb for my speakers to work again. What happens here?

  It shouldn't make a difference, but it might help to determine where the problem is.

  My Passport works perfectly for videos on OS 10.3.1.1581.

  Some things you can try:

  (1) I wish to usse BBVE, which comes with your device. Launch the tool, select the Center button, which will give you a list of tests and run the audio tests. He will perform a few tests that allow you to test the speakers, etc.

  If one of them fails, I would first reload the OS using the software Link. Then rerun the tests. If they still fail I guess a hardware problem, I hope still under warranty.

  Installed the new flash player and all of a sudden my audio flv is no longer played in an existing media player created using the FLVPlayback component.

  Finally realized that if I change the component setting FLVPlayback "maintainAspectRaion" from false to true, the audio will play.

  This announcement just in case someone else has the same problem.

  I never said that being a FLV file has nothing to do with the audio being smaller. What I said using the Adobe Media Encoder to export as a flv gives the best quality file size. And it's true unless / until someone can provide another program this batch exporting MP3s to a smaller file size.

  In any case, I have 1000s of multimedia files and only one player (build in flash), then the solution posted on the maintainAspectRatio is the only possible way. Thank you very much!

  2. what version of Windows Media Player do you use?

  I suspect that the file is corrupted.

  Method 1.
  Check if you can play the same video in a different media player.

  Method 2.
  You may need to check if the codecs work very well to play the file. Check if you have installed third party codecs. Uninstall them and re - install and then check.

  I have a new passport Blackberry running on Bell Mobility and the settings information has been transferred from my Z10, which stood on Telus Mobility, using the Blackberry Link software. With my Z10 I used the software UGO portfolio purchases Tap Visa without any problem for about 1 year. I can't get this app to work on the Passport that the error message is CAN not access SIM. I work with UGO to solve and they work with Bell. Bell sent the update of the SIM card. I went back to Bell and got a new SIM NFC and no change in the number of app acceptance.

  My wife does the same Z10 Passport switch and UGO portfolio works very well. No problem with SIM card acceptance. The difference is that she has not used UGO on their Z10.

  Any suggestions? The passport may lock access to NFC somehow? I don't have problems with signal as calls, texts, BBM work well, and I use the cellular signal almost all the time, rarely on Wifi. A prior carrier (Telus) could use a field in the Z10 to lock the other carriers, which then was performed by the link between the Z10 and the Passport?

  2: If composing an email through hub, the cursor flashes and cannot use the word prediction.

  6: even if I hide BBM, facebook & twitter contacts in the contacts application, it does not hide.

  I am new to Captivate. I build and published the project to the SWF format. I downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy Tab, but when I try to open the SWF in its flash player asking. I searched for flash player in the game store, but there is no adobe flash player. Please, help me how get flash player and open the SWF file. (I am trying to open in the browser too, but it didn't)

  When I run the file .htm published for a flash project, I find myself with a gray screen and a spinning wheel that says: 'Loading... '. ", but will not play the file.

  I searched the forum and the web in general, high and low, but I can't just figure out how to read flash projects.  I tested in IE, as well as Mac OS with Safari and Chrome on Windows XP and 7.  The project works in HTML5 on Mac and PC, but the my client is with older versions of Internet Explorer (version 9 - which cannot run HTML5), so I have to use the flash.
