BlackBerry Q10 after upgrade to 10.2.0.424 - battery recharging takes 24 hours and pay less than 2!

I was surprised to see another post saying that the improved battery performance after the upgrade to 10.2.0.424...

Two days ago, I have updated more wireless to the latest version 10.2.0.424 and since then:

1 a battery takes 24 hours (and sometimes charges the same totally!),

2. discharge takes a couple of hours,

3 - battery heating more than before

4 - blackbackground BBM that makes unreadable

For reference - I had none of these problems before the upgrade, and I have not installed anything since

Nobody witnessed this problem? How can I downgrade to the previous version?

Try a few reboots. maybe also try - as I read on different post - press volume up and volume keys down simultaneously for 20 seconds (ignore his screenshot): he's going to perform a reboot too.

After I had updated to 10.2 my battery was also drain more quickly (but not as yours), however a few reboots, complete a few refills and now it's even better than before.

    The settings you are looking for are in the Mail folder. Press the menu/blackberry button > Options. In the Options go to the reconciliation of the enamel. You must configure each email from there. Change "Message Services" to the email that you want to configure, and then under it, change the "remove the ' to 'ask '. Press ESC and save.

    First of all, 10.3.2.2474 is not OS but the final version of the software. Your operating system is 10.3.2.2639.

    No need to be afraid. As long as you have the password valid BBID on your device, you can easily modify the BBID username. Just use an email that were never registered for BlackBerry ID be sure to what you must Access this e-mail because you must confirm a verification e-mail sent to the [email protected]. Once you have confirmed that the e-mail, BB world, BBM, etc., will be associated with your username BBID.

    I'm not 100% sure that this applies to you. The symptoms don't exactly match your description. But see http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB36747 and check your operating system against the versions indicated in the article. If your OS is one of those affected, discover the related utility. I don't know if there is a readme file when you unpack the zip file. If it is read everything first.

    Ive updated the OS 3 times now since Ive had this phone and the last being 10.2.1.2977 which was released 17 MB a couple of days.

    problem is every time Ive updated the operating system each single message notification since I bought the phone and back on the phone for facebook. last time that I deleted them again there are nearly 8,000 to remove and it took an eternity as the only way I could find to remove them was one by one and scroll to the bottom. If I have highlithted more than 50 at a time they are there just any deleted.

    someone please tell me there is an easier way to remove all as I assume there will be more than 9000 now.

    I don't have Facebook, but normally, when you are in the hub, choose Facebook, then you will see that Facebook messages in the hub.
